12:49 a.m. Lance Huggins, 41, 129 Frankton Ave., Brockton was charged with third offense drunk driving, open container in a motor vehicle, disturbing the peace and marked lanes violations after an accident near Intervale and Circle streets.

2:45 a.m. Three men were arrested and charged with dealing cocaine or crack after police responded to calls of gunshots on Loucraft Avenue near Parmenter playground. Arrested were:
Carlos Pires, 21, 52 Highland St., Brockton was charged with possession to distribute a Class B drug, usually cocaine or crack, drug violation near a park or school, and conspiracy to violate drug laws.
Ivon Peraclise Almeida, 21, 21 Charlotte St., Brockton was charged with possession to distribute a Class B drug, usually cocaine or crack, drug violation near a park or school, and conspiracy to violate drug laws.
Adam Clayton Powell, 20, 27 Elm Ave., Brockton was charged with possession to distribute a Class B drug, usually cocaine or crack, drug violation near a park or school, and conspiracy to violate drug laws.

8:17 a.m. Bartolomeu Gomes, 18, 35 Herrod Ave., Brockton was charged with threat to commit a crime after a call from Brockton High School reporting a threat.

Monday, March 30
2:38 p.m. A Kelloch Avenue caller reports coming home to find doors open and TV, computer and Xbox stolen. Criminal investigations unit dispatched for prints and photos.

4:58 p.m. Albert J. Myers Jr., 19, 309 South St., Bridgewater was charged with using a motor vehicle without authority and driving without a license. Police filed the charges after a Warren Avenue caller reported Myers had taken her car without permission and incurred a $150 ticket and $113 tow.

6 p.m. Stop and Shop on N. Montello Street reported someone stole some meat and were in McDonald’s parking lot. Police recovered stolen item. Suspect fled on arrival.

6:57 p.m. A man from R & K Food Mart on Legion Parkway reported a man is stealing a beer after leaving the store and breaking the one he bought outside. Suspect left prior to police arrival.

8:37 p.m. A Shaw Road caller reports front door open and house broken into. Two laptops and desktop computer are missing.
8:52 p.m. Demetric C. McNeil, 35, 146 Forest Ave., Brockton was charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop on Battles Street.

9:46 p.m. Tonya Wilson, 36, 195 Westgate Dr., Brockton was charged with identity fraud after a family member reported Wilson attempted to change mailing address at the post office and have new mail forwarded to a post office box.

9:59 p.m. Charles E. Diggs Jr., 23, 292 West St., city/town not given, was charged with larceny over $250 and identity fraud after a family member reported Diggs opened an NStar account using a false name.

10:41 p.m. A Reservoir Street caller reports apartment broken into and two TVs missing.

6:46 a.m. Marcos Araujo, 25, 39 Sprague Ave., Brockton was charged with assault and battery, disorderly conduct, trespass and malicious destruction of property over $250 after State Police report a large fight near Somerset Place.

11:08 a.m. Nilton Santos, 28, 1032 Crescent St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after his wife called to report he pushed her out of a car.

12:13 p.m. Jeff D. Smith, 38, 7 Putnam St., Weymouth was charged with driving with a suspended license, failure to yield at an intersection and no inspection sticker after a two-vehicle accident on N. Cary Street.

1:35 p.m. Jonathan Andrade DePina, 19, 63 Tremont St., Brockton was charged with vandalizing property after his sister called to report he was arguing with her boyfriend and slashed her tires the night before.

2:43 p.m. Hector Alicea, 28, 164 Martha Dr., Rockland was charged with possession of a Class B drug, usually cocaine or crack, after a call reporting suspicious activity near Pleasant and Main Streets.

6:41 p.m. Jose Garcia Pizarro, 25, 83 N. Main St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery after two paramedics at Brockton Hospital reported they were assaulted by a patient.

8:54 p.m. David McGurr, 43, 47 Nicholson Dr., Brockton was charged with violating a restraining order after a call from Nicholson Drive.

8:57 p.m. Julia Jacqueline Goncalves, 19, 59 Brockton Ave., Brockton was charged with driving with a suspended registration, an uninsured vehicle and improper turn after a traffic stop near Court and N. Cary streets.

9:04 p.m. Michael Murray, 21, 64 Kennelworth Ave., Brockton was charged with intimidating a witness and threat to commit a crime after his mother called to report he was flipping out.

9:59 p.m. Short Street caller reports house broken into.

10:36 p.m. Call reports he is in front of Asack’s Place on N. Main Street and was just punched in the face.
Saturday, March 28

1:09 a.m. Elm Court Hotel on W. Elm Street called to report a man being beat up at the back of the hotel by 5-10 others. Victim did not want to cooperate and parties involved fled prior to police arrival. Police returned to the hotel about 30 minutes later because the victim of the fight began arguing and yelling at the person who reported the fight to police.

1:50 a.m. Michael Verden, 25, 452 East St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery on an officer, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, resisting arrest and witness intimidation after a report of a fight at the former Tiger’s Den on Intervale Street. Police officer at the scene reports combatants left and is unable to get names of people involved. One is too drunk to understand. Also, a bottle was thrown at a police cruiser and smashed on the door jamb just missing his head. The bottle thrower got away.

3:23 a.m. Alexandre Andrade, 27, 135 Nilsson St., Brockton was charged with threat to commit a crime after a Nilsson Street caller reported her son threatened to burn the house down if she did not let him in.

4:52 a.m. Tony Barros, 26, 31 Ellsworth St., Brockton was arrested after a caller from Tremont Street reported a man trying to break into a car across the street. Charges against Barros were not listed.

9:36 a.m. Luckese Richards, 22, 49 Pennsylvania Ave., New Britain, Conn. was charged with driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to stop for police after a traffic stop on Green Street.

1:03 p.m. Karen Sullivan, 43, 125 Lewiston St., Brockton was charged with violating a restraining order after a caller at the Downey School on Electric Avenue reported Sullivan was in vicinity.

2:42 p.m. Reinaldo Torres-Vasquez, 30, 107 Menlo St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a report of a domestic violence disturbance on Ridgeway Court.

6:27 p.m. A 51-year-old man and a 28-year-old man were suspended from staying at Main Spring House on N. Main Street after police responded to a call about a fight in progress.

7:35 p.m. Manuel Gomes, 22, 150 Cherry St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a domestic violence and malicious damage call from Tribou Street. Caller reported brother kicking her rental car.

8:44 p.m. Maurice Lamar Drayton, 18, 39 Clarence St., Brockton was charged with driving without a license and failure to stop for police and use a signal after a pursuit from Battles Farm Drive to Oak Street.
Friday, March 27

2:55 p.m. Maria Delores Salgado, 45, 27 Allen St., Brockton was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery and vandalizing property after police responded to a fight between several parties on Allen Street. Caller reports some have baseball bats, pipes and one has a golf club. Officer Baroud reports a pulled muscle in lower back while restraining someone at this call.

7:20 p.m. Barry Palmaccio, 65, 19 Digby Ave., Brockton was charged with second offense drunk driving, marked lanes violation and leaving the scene of property damage after police received a call from Highlander Laundry on Torrey Street reporting a driver in a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee appears drunk. State Police reported having received calls the driver hit other cars and fled.

10 p.m. Cypriano Kennedy, 67, 147 Market St., Brockton was charged with two counts of possession of a Class B drug, usually cocaine or crack, after police received a call reporting two people smoking and snorting what could be cocaine or marijuana in a parked car near Main and Tremont Streets.

11:05 p.m. A Newbury Street caller reports theft of a 1999 red Infiniti I30.

1:23 p.m. Criminal investigations unit called to a Dewey Avenue home to take photos and search for fingerprints after a house robbery.

12:09 a.m. Caller reports he was at Work Out World on Campanelli Drive and came out to find a tire from his BMW was gone.

6:24 a.m. Dayzani Desouza, 25, 42 South Shore Road, Holbrook was charged with driving without a license and failure to stop or yield after a two-car accident near Centre and Libby streets.

11:38 a.m. Jason Roderick, 25, 12 Webster St., Taunton was charged with trespass, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace after a caller from Holiday Inn on Westgate Drive requested a belligerent guest be removed.

9:31 a.m. Ariann DePina, 135 Edward St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after police were called to Brockton High School.

11:31 a.m. A Battles Farm Road caller reports a blue 1993 Honda SE Civic with a silver trunk was stolen overnight.

12:10 p.m. Three members of a Torrey Street family were arrested for dealing heroin and cocaine. Arrested were: Antwon Hamilton, 17, and Anthony T. Hamilton, 20, both of 220 Torrey St. were charged with possession to distribute a Class A drug, usually heroin, carrying a dangerous weapon, drug violation near a school or park, trafficking in cocaine and conspiracy to violate a law. Yolanda Hamilton, 36, 220 Torrey St. was charged with distributing a Class B substance, usually cocaine or crack, trafficking in cocaine, possession of a Class A drug, usually heroin and unlawful possession of a firearm.

12:21 p.m. Till Freeman, 33, 165 Carl Ave., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a Clifton Avenue man called to report his wife was outside arguing with his pregnant girlfriend.

4:31 p.m. Christina Marie Bocchino, 32, 26 Davids St., Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace and resisting arrest after a call from Main Street and Temple reporting a disturbance.

11:46 p.m. Scott E. Freeman, 35, 769 N. Montello St., Brockton was charged with two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, two counts of assault and battery, breaking and entering a building at night time to commit a felony, threat to commit a crime and two default warrants. Police received a 911 call from N. Montello Street reporting a woman was being beat up by her boyfriend. Police also received a call from the woman’s ex-boyfriend reporting her new boyfriend attacked her with a knife. The ex-boyfriend said he was trying to restrain the other man in the backyard.

12:49 a.m. Shane Haskell, 49, 785 N. Montello St., Brockton was charged with failing to register as a sex offender.

3:52 p.m. Darci A. Duff, 19, 105 Laureston St., Brockton was charged with possessing counterfeit money and two counts of larceny under $250 after Crown Chicken reported an employee passing fake $100 bills.

6:23 p.m. Brian McNicholas, 41, N. Quincy St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after police responded to a 911 hang-up call from N. Main Street.

6:53 p.m. Robert Silvia, 22, 2 Ford Ave., Holbrook was charged with driving with a suspended license, disturbing the peace and resisting arrest near Westgate Drive.

7:53 p.m. Pierre Martial, 34, 180 Highland St., Brockton when police received a call from Hajjar Management on Highland Street reporting a woman assaulted by her husband.

8:08 p.m. Plymouth County criminal investigation unit was called for photos and fingerprints from a Waverly Park Avenue residence after a woman reported her TV is gone and the house has been ransacked.

8:30 p.m. Brian Savage, 52, 177 Green St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a Green Street female caller reported Savage hit her in the face and broke some of her belongings.

8:41 p.m. Monica Pellegrino, 22, 44 Holmes St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a caller from Super 8 motel on Westgate Drive reported Pellegrino came to the hotel and began hitting and demanding money from a man in one of the rooms.

9:07 p.m. Arthur Dawson, 47, 27 Brett St., Brockton was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon after a repo man called to report he went to Dawson’s apartment to retrieve unpaid property and the owner pulled a knife.

9:44 p.m. Police responded to a Christopher Road caller reporting teenagers possibly drinking and making noise in the woods near Hillstrom Park. Police reported locating six males in the woods possibly smoking marijuana. Names were taken for future reference and checked for warrants. Group was advised not to return to the area.

1:42 a.m. Euclides A. Goncalves III, 20, 25 Enterprise St., Brockton was charged with driving a suspended license, license not in possession, refusing to identify self and failure to signal after a traffic stop near Manchester and Saunders streets.

2:34 a.m. Jose Goncalves, 53, 39-41 Chester Ave., Brockton was charged with drunk driving after a stop near N. Main and Ames streets.

12:35 a.m. Jose Medina, 18, 869 Main St., Brockton was arrested and charged with unlawful possession a sawed-off shotgun and unlawful possession ammunition after callers reported a man with a gun near Pleasant Street. The caller stated a young Hispanic male wearing no shirt and jeans had walked out of an apartment with a shotgun after he had been arguing with two or three other males. Caller reported the shotgun yielding man left in a white van. Police recovered the shotgun in Medina’s apartment.

12:50 a.m. Joel Dennis was charged with assault and battery, malicious destruction of property over $250 and threat to commit a crime after a Florence Street caller reported Dennis was drunk and arguing with the caller and would not leave.

2:11 a.m. Jared McCauley, 18, 92 Sharon St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a caller reported his son came home drunk and punched him in the face.

2:19 a.m. Steve McGee, 56, 40 Dana Ave., Boston was charged with disturbing the peace and interfering with a police officer performing a duty after a call about a disturbance near N. Main and Battles streets.

4:29 a.m. Stephanie Garner, 22, 34 Riverview St., Brockton was charged with driving with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with an open container of alcohol after a caller reported a suspicious vehicle near Highland Street and Goddard Road.

10:47 a.m. Corey J. Gordon, 20, 20 Monson St., Brockton was charged with driving without a license, failure to stop or yield and lights violation after a traffic stop near N. Montello and Elliot streets.

1:19 p.m. Dennis M. Garreau, 43, 70 Levin Road, Rockland was charged with driving an uninsured and unregistered vehicle after a traffic stop near Hovenden Avenue.

1:25 p.m. Admar A. Pina, 23, 87 Ford St., Brockton was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery after a caller from Walkover Commons on Perkins Avenue requested Pina be removed from the premises.

5:32 p.m. a 14-year-old girl was charged with assault and battery after a caller from Chatham West Drive reported she had a fight with her father and punched him several times because he would not let her go out.

10:14 p.m. Matthew McComb, 22, 23 Intervale St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a caller reported McComb and his girlfriend were fighting in an Intervale Street apartment.

10:24 p.m. Two women were charged with assault and assault and battery with dangerous weapons after someone on Taber Avenue called 9-1-1 and police heard female voices yelling in the background. The caller hung up. Charged were: Maria A. Benitez, 43, 15 Sherman St., Brockton and Delilah S. Benitez, 19, 15 Sherman St., Brockton.

10:52 p.m. Zane Pendergast, 22, 501 Washington St., Easton was charged with driving with a suspended license, lights and number plate violation after a traffic stop on Morse Avenue.

1:50 a.m. Dawn M. McSweeney,40, 264 Belmont Ave., Brockton was charged with drunk driving, two counts of malicious destruction of property over $250, and malicious damage to a motor vehicle. Police responded to two calls about a red pick-up truck that was driving erratically and hit a fence at 14 Taber Ave. The second call reported McSweeney had crashed into her car parked in her driveway at 18 Taber Ave.

3:02 a.m. Crystal Simmons, 26, 11 Pine St., Boston was charged with driving without a license and failure to stop or yield after a traffic stop near Weston and Pleasant streets.

3:14 a.m. Carolyn Johnson, 41, 25 Taber Ave., Brockton was charged with two counts of assault and battery after a call from Taber Avenue reporting a disturbance by a drunk.

5:30 a.m. Christopher J. Greenstein, 42, 81 Sophia Ave., Brockton was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery, assault and malicious destruction of property over

$250 after a caller reported driving by a white male dragging a screaming and yelling woman into a house on Sophia Avenue.

9:45 a.m. Police are investigating a call from Howard Street that some items and jewelry are missing from a house.

0:30 a.m. Alberto Pala, 42, 41 Manomet St., Brockton was charged with driving without a license and marked lanes violation after a traffic stop near Belmont and West streets.

10:46 a.m. Lourenco Ribeiro, 54, 71 Richmond St., Brockton was charged with reckless operation of a motor vehicle and a crosswalk violation after a pedestrian was hit by Ribeiro’s car near Commercial and Centre streets.

11:19 a.m. Community Bank on Main Street reports a robbery by a bright blue-eyed, white male, 5-feet-10, wearing a green and yellow striped shirt, blue jeans and a Red Sox hat. Report states man said he had a gun but none was shown.

12:13 p.m. Thomas C. Scopa, 18, 81 Sophia Ave., Brockton was charged with assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after a fight broke out at 81 Sophia Ave. when Christopher Greenstein, returned to the residence after being arrested following a domestic assault nearly six hours earlier at the same location.

12:41 p.m. Ronnie Rocky Ferrini Jr., 23, 194 Arthur Paquin Way, Brockton was charged with assault and battery and intimidating a witness after a caller from Arthur Paquin Way reported her boyfriend was beating her up, pulling her hair and punched her in the face.

2:12 p.m. Kency Dessaps, 34, 1105 Plymouth St., Bridgewater was charged with assault and battery and larceny over $250 after a caller from BayState Motors on Main Street reported a customer threw a candy machine at the caller and hurt his leg.

4:50 p.m. Jesus Perez, 17, 165 Carl Ave., Brockton was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, malicious destruction of property over $250, carrying a dangerous weapon, disturbing the peace, assault with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery. Police arrested Perez after a caller from Davis Commons on Carl Avenue reported a man had been stabbed in the face with a knife.

5:49 p.m. Police reunite a 77-year-old Alzheimer’s patient who had been with his wife at Macy’s at the Westgate Mall. A caller reported that an elderly, bald white male wearing a brown overcoat was hitchhiking near D.W. Field Park toward N. Main Street. Caller reported the man seemed disoriented.

6:11 p.m. Jose Osorio Galvao, 43, 87 Ford St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery after Brockton and State Police received calls for a domestic violence disturbance on Ford Street.

9:17 p.m. Duane L. Denny, 55, 622 Crescent St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a caller reported Denny was fighting with her son.

10:25 p.m. Two women were arrested and charged with sexual conduct for a fee near N. Main and Haverhill Streets. Charged were: Jeanne Marie Mercurio, 48, 83 N. Main St., Brockton and Emily Suzanne Rogerson, 33, 83 N. Main St., Brockton.

3:01 a.m. Alishea Comtois, 26, 71 Prescott Road, Sanbornton, N.H. was charged with a default warrant after police were called to the Quality Inn on Belmont Street to investigate an assault between two female guests at the hotel.

9:48 a.m. A Brewster Road caller reports composite decking materials estimated at $1,500 was stolen from his driveway.

4:35 p.m. John R. Mousseau, 41, 104 Mesquite Trail, T.X., was charged with violating a restraining order after a call from Forest Avenue.

4:42 p.m. Kathleen E. Fenstermaker, 60, 755 Crescent St., Brockton was charged with driving without a license after a accident near Taylor Avenue.

4:48 p.m. Marco Alves, 24, 34 Wilmington St. Brockton was charged with four counts of assault and battery and intimidating a witness after a caller reported her boyfriend hit her and pushed her 3-year-old daughter to the floor.

8:34 a.m. Justin C. Barrow, 25, 21 Montrose St., Boston was charged with driving with a suspended license, no inspection sticker and unsafe operation after a traffic stop near N. Main and Elliot streets.

10:36 a.m. Kortney Pottle, 19, 11 Wilmington St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery after police received a call from Brockton Housing Authority on Goddard Street reporting a disturbance.

11:09 a.m. Daniel Goldberg, 43, 57 Cambo St., Brockton was charged with threat to commit a crime after Good Samaritan Hospital reported his wife was at the hospital and said Goldberg threatened to kill her or have someone kill her.

11:55 a.m. A 13-year-old was charged at the Raymond School on Oak Street after a report two children had been fighting in a field and one child is laid out in the field and had been kicked in the head.

12:00 p.m. Todd Nelson, 45, 1388 Central St., Stoughton was charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop on Pleasant Street.

12:49 p.m. Stephen A Picher, Jr., 33, 30 Oak St., Brockton was charged by State Police with disorderly conduct after a disturbance near Main and School streets.

2:27 p.m. Janoah Harris, 20, 196 Greenfield Road, Mattapan was charged with marked lanes violation and failure to stop for police after sending police on a pursuit on Torrey Street.

2:35 p.m. Dennis Dafonseca, 19, 47 Elm Ave., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after his wife called to say Dafonseca hit her as he tried to retrieve belongings from Elm Avenue.

8:19 p.m. CVS Pharmacy reports cartons and packs of cigarettes stolen from behind the counter by two black males and ran out of the store on Centre Street.

8:39 p.m. Police arrested and charged a 44-year-old homeless man, Ricky Huff with armed robbery and two counts of threat to commit a crime. A caller from Luk Oil on Pleasant Street reported a black male took all the money and ran out toward 7-11. The victim picked out Huff from a photo lineup, police reported.

10:39 p.m. Brian E. Givens, 39, 25 Tremont St., Brockton was charged with two counts of assault and battery, intimidating a witness and disturbing the peace after a disturbance at Cumberland Farms on Pleasant Street involving his girlfriend.

1:11 a.m. Baddie Ayala, 34, 401 N. Warren Ave., Brockton was charged with assault and battery and use of a motor vehicle without permission after a female caller reported her boyfriend hit her in the face and she is bleeding. Caller said the boyfriend took her car and she will need a Spanish speaking officer.

1:41 a.m. Nestor Davila, 18, was charged with possession to distribute a class D substance, usually XXXX, and drug violation near a school or park after a suspicious person was reported near Fairmont Avenue and Richmond Street.

0:05 a.m. A 16-year-old was charged with disturbing the peace, wanton destruction of property over $250 and disorderly conduct after a problem at Brockton Area Private Industry on Oakdale Street.

10:42 a.m. Pearl Street Medical Center called to report a man at one of the doctor’s offices was stabbed the night before and wants to report it. Police state a report had been taken by an officer last night.

2:58 p.m. Karen Marie Sovine, 44, 1380 N. Main St., was charged with assault and battery on a person 60 or over or disabled after a call from Dorn Davies Senior Center on Main Street.

3:02 p.m. Victoria Chacon, 29, 56 Winter St., Brockton was charged with larceny over $250 after a Westgate Mall business reported an employee stealing.

3:39 p.m. Luis Alberto Ramos, 42, 37a West High St., Avon was charged with possession of a Class A substance, heroin, after a call from Goddard Road reports a heroin overdose.

6:58 p.m. Gamaliel R. Rodriguez, 24, 81 N. Warren Ave., Brockton was arrested and charged with possession to distribute a Class E drug and drug violation near a school or park after a call from N. Warren Avenue.

9:12 p.m. Adesh Mano, 41, 47 Highland St., Brockton was charged with intimidating a witness, assault with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery and two counts of violating an abuse prevention order after Mano’s wife went to the police station to report he was armed with a knife and hammer.

10:16 p.m. Dennis Bodden, 35, 38 Simmons Ave., Brockton was charged with assault and battery and assault with a dangerous weapon after a call from Simmons Avenue about a disturbance with a knife or gun.

8:35 a.m. Robert Thomas Curtis, 35, 239 Howard St., Brockton was charged with two counts of larceny over $250 and larceny of a credit card after a neighbor of an elderly Howard Street woman reported her friend was a victim of credit card theft.

10:37 a.m. Police went to Ames Street to advise a Level 2 sex offender, Michael Makhlouta, to register his address with police.

10:50 a.m. Police visited an Intervale Street address to verify information about Level 3 sex offender Richard Dow. Information was verified.

12:03 p.m. CVS Pharmacy on Main Street reported a black male in his 20s wearing a blue jogging suit and a knitted winter hat with Brockton written on it jumped behind a counter and stole several cartons of cigarettes. Witnesses reported the man ran toward the city’s center.

1:12 p.m. Three Brockton police officers suffered injuries while responding to a call that a husband was going crazy on Newbury Street. Police arrested Ricardo Franks, 55, 179 Newbury St., Brockton and charged him with assault and battery on a police officer, assault and battery and resisting arrest. Police report officer Clark injured right ring finger, officer Amaral has scratches on the left side of his fact, and officer Besarick hurt his pride.

2:59 p.m. Pamela Jane Jackson, 44, 21 Linus Ave., Brockton was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and mayhem after an incident at the emergency room at Good Samaritan Hospital.

3:02 p.m. Steven Michael Brown, 21, 11 Auna Dr., Brockton was charged with driving with a suspended license, possession of a Class B drug, usually crack or cocaine, driving a vehicle with an invalid inspection sticker and failure to yield after a traffic stop on School Street.

3:19 p.m. Davidson Ribeiro, 22, 92 Tribou St., Brockton was charged with driving without a license and failure to yield at intersection after an accident near Newbury and Green Streets.

5:11 p.m. A woman reports she left her car unlocked at the Laundry World parking lot on Main Street and her pocketbook was stolen.

5:23 p.m. David Donham Raynard, 58, 54 N. Main St., Brockton was charged with shoplifting and trespassing after WalMart security on Oak Street reported Raynard was in the stealing items and has a no trespass order against him. Security called police because last time Raynard was “under the influence and violent. “

5:45 p.m. Noah Baez, 28, 41 Menlo St., Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct after a Legion Parkway caller reported Baez causing a problem.

6:17 p.m. A caller reports six gunshots near Myrtle Street, Menlo and Third Avenue. A second caller stated a group in front of 26 Third Ave. was shot at. Criminal investigations notified for photos of vehicle with bullet holes.

7:27 p.m. Lawrence Greenlaw, 57, homeless, Brockton was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and default warrant after a caller from Mee King Garden on Crescent Street reported a homeless male came into the bar after having been beaten up. The victim was bleeding from the head.

8:53 p.m. David J. Silva, 35, 54 N. Main St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after a woman called to report a large fight outside her house near Asack’s Place on N. Main St. A victim of the fight was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital.

9:49 p.m. Michael J. LaPointe, 28, 54 Ford St., Brockton was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon after a call reporting a disturbance on N. Main Street.

2:20 a.m. Auriza Reis Mett, 40, 134 Monsignor Lydon Way, Dorchester was charged with drunk driving and marked lanes violation after a traffic stop on Pleasant Street.

4:40 a.m. Good Samaritan Hospital called police to report a female was there and that she was assaulted by her boyfriend. A hospital official asked police to check on the boyfriend because the woman reported she hit hi over the head with a pan to escape. John Robert Karsay, 29, 508 Oak St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

10:01 a.m. After a car chase that lead police from Harvard Street to 114 Winthrop Street, police arrested and charged Johnathan Pina, 107 Winthrop St., Brockton with driving with a suspended license, disturbing the peace, failure to stop for police, speeding and failure to yield or stop.

12:16 a.m. Christopher Terrel Blevins, 20, 115 Colonel Bell Dr., Brockton was arrested and charged with failure to register as a sex offender, unarmed robbery and three default warrants from other agencies.

12:26 p.m. David Keith Arsenault, 28, 35 Acorn Dr., Randolph was charged with possession of an open container in a motor vehicle and use of a motor vehicle without authority after a caller reported a black 1989 Buick Century reported stolen in Bridgewater had been found in Walgreen’s parking lot on Main Street. Arsenault was reported to be in the driver’s seat and possibly drunk.

6:27 p.m. Robert Nickerson, 53, homeless, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after a security officer in a Haverhill Street building reported a domestic dispute. The victim, reported to have been bleeding all over her face, was transported to Brockton Hospital. Nickerson was taken to Good Samaritan.

7:20 p.m. Dina Travers, 40, 7 Jonathan Lane, Falmouth was charged with driving an unregistered motor vehicle after a traffic stop near Cumberland Farms on Pleasant Street.

8:34 p.m. A caller in the area of Trinity Baptist Church on Main Street reported a white woman with a little boy was walking near the Teen Challenge Center claiming God sent her there. Caller states the woman is near the church moping around with the Bible and the boy and is concerned about the boy. The woman was taken to Brockton Hospital for evaluation and the boy was returned home to his guardian.

9:31 p.m. An employee from Walmart on Oak Street reported a white female and two black females tried to steal a 42-inch television worth about $800. They dropped the TV and fled in a black Mercedes. Police report the plate number given does not match the Mercedes. Caller reports TV was not damaged.

10:29 p.m. Manuel Centeio Araujo, 61, 1066 N. Montello St., Brockton was arrested and charged with second offense drunk driving and motor vehicle violations after an accident near Main and Crescent streets.

3:36 a.m. Police respond to a call from Brockton Hospital reporting a male party was intentionally hit by a motor vehicle driven by Gregory Phillips. The victim was in the emergency room. Gregory L. Phillips, 33, 125 W. Selden St., Boston was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

7:23 a.m. Police investigated a report from a Smith Avenue caller that her brother was attacked at about 12:30 last night by three men who knocked at the door. The sister said the men came into the brother’s room, punched him in the face and took his wallet. The sister said her brother did not call sooner because he does not speak English and waited for her help with translation.

8:22 a.m. John DaSilva Jr., 26, 427 Warren Ave., Brockton was arrested on a default warrant after police were called to a Warren Avenue building when a party reported the tenant upstairs had made threats and spit on her front door.

Caller states she started to hit Gamble to get him off her mother and Gamble ran out the back door.

2:08 a.m. Robert McCollum, 48, 197 Winthrop St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a woman from Winthrop Street requested her husband be removed because they are arguing and he is causing a disturbance in the building.

8:18 a.m. Rosa Santiago, 42, 165 Elliot St., Brockton was charged with driving without a license, failure to wear a seatbelt, no seat belt on a child 5-to-12-years old, and other equipment violations after a traffic stop on Belmont Street.

8:20 a.m. Jaques Cherduville, 59, 85 Prospect St., Brockton was charged with transporting students without a license, transporting students in an overcrowded vehicle, no inspection sticker and other school bus equipment violations after a van inspection at the Baker school.

11:11 a.m. Kimberly Rathbun, 35, 23 Carter St., was arrested after a person at Brockton Hospital’s emergency room called about a party refusing to leave. Police reported Rathbun was combative during booking and defecated in her pants and rubbed it on the uniform pants of an officer. Rathbun was charged with disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, trespass, and two counts of assault and battery.

11:14 a.m John Thomas Jr., 41, 51 Mulberry St., Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct after police received a call about a suspicious person near Pleasant Street and Warren Avenue.

11:43 a.m. A Dorchester man and woman were arrested at the Quality Inn on Belmont Street after a clerk at the hotel reported someone was beating up a family in one of the rooms. Angelo Centeio, 21, 20 Harlem St., was charged with assault and battery, trespass, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace. Lauren Cavagnaro, 20, 20 Harlem St., was charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with a police officer in performance of duty.

1:18 p.m. Police investigate the theft of a coin collection on Haverhill Street.

6:07 p.m. Robert Costa, 69, 62 Frankton Ave., Brockton was charged with assault and battery, and two counts of threat to commit a crime after police received a call reporting stepfather is trying to beat up her sister and her boyfriend.

6:26 p.m. Two men were arrested after a caller from Hope Street reported her husband keeps calling her despite a restraining order against it. Caller states she also received a call from a family member who said the husband made threats to harm the wife. Police charged Robert L. Howard, 35, 9 Logan St., Roxbury with two violations of an abuse prevention order. Also charged was James S. Dilday, 65, 9 Larchmont St., Dorchester with criminal harassment.

7:43 p.m. Peter Hill, 35, 9 Montello St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a caller reported she and Hill had recently been released from jail and he freaked out moments ago, drop-kicked her and threw her into the ice machine at Elm Court hotel on W. Elm Street.

3:43 a.m. A Brook Street caller reports she was raped a few hours ago and states she has DNA. Police are investigating the matter.

9:39 a.m. John DaSilva Jr., 26, 427 Warren Ave., Brockton was charged with property damage to intimidate after a caller reported a male tenant put feces on doorknob and that it is an ongoing problem in the building.

1:28 p.m. Rite Aid Pharmacy on Centre Street called to report a white female with brown hair just took some items and jumped into a white motor vehicle.

2:51 p.m. Robert Edward Smyth, 42, 105 Pearl St., Middleboro was charged with felony breaking and entering in a motor vehicle, receiving stolen property over $250, and larceny under $250. Police responded to a call from the YMCA on Main Street stating a white male wearing a black jacket and jeans is checking out motor vehicles.

5:01 p.m. Colleen Patricia Keough, 35, 21 Pine Ave., Brockton was charged with driving with a suspended license, an unregistered motor vehicle and a default warrant from another agency after a traffic stop on Warren Avenue.

5:27 p.m. Mary Louise Hill, 18, 21 Thatcher St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after police received a call from her father to report Hill burned him in the face with a cigarette and did some damage to the house.

3:44 p.m. Mario Napier, 23, 72 Colonel Bell Dr., Brockton was charged with three counts of assault and battery and intimidating a witness. Police received a call from a Colonel Bell Drive female reporting her boyfriend assaulted her, is refusing to leave the house and has knives in the house. Napier told police his soon-to-be ex-girlfriend bit him and is making false statement to cops.
4:52 p.m. Nuno Emanuel Gomes, 18, 472 N. Montello St., Brockton was charged with shoplifting after a call from Walmart security on Oak Street reported a male shoplifter was giving them a hard time and threatening security and the manager.

2:32 p.m. Two callers reports there was a fight on Fuller and callers friend was stabbed with a knife by a named suspect. The name of the victim was not released. Caller reports friend is heading to a hospital for treatment, but did not say which hospital.
3:17 p.m. Police found a car in the parking lot at School Street and Lincoln Street with an unknown driver and two other young men, one having the same name as the Fuller Street stabbing report. Vehicle was towed for further investigation.
3:22 p.m. A caller from the parking garage on Crescent Street reports a knife and a lot of blood on the fourth floor of the garage. No victim in the area.
4:15 p.m. Richard Paul Schutte, 38, 8 Eleventh Ave., Scituate was charged with possessing a Class A drug, disorderly conduct and trespass after police received a call for a suspicious person near Lincoln Street and W. Railroad Avenue.

12:31 p.m. Claudia Andrade, 37, 85 Glendale St., Brockton charged with driving without a license after a traffic stop near Winter and Howard streets.
12:37 p.m. Brandon Strong, 26, 79 Louis St., Brockton charged with destruction of property over $250 after a City Hall Square building manager reports building’s windows and screens were damaged and caller has a suspect.
2:25 p.m. 16-year-old charged with assault and battery after Brockton Hospital employee reports an assault by a female patient.
3:52 p.m. Antonio Centeio, 18, 48 Fulton St., Brockton charged with armed robbery and unlawful possession of a firearm after a caller from Lilly Avenue reported her son was robbed of money on Chestnut Street at gunpoint by two light skinned people wearing black and riding bikes.
7:05 p.m. The same 16-year-old girl was charged with assault and battery after striking a nurse at Brockton Hospital for the second time today.
7:19 p.m. Michael Young, 32, 349 N. Pearl St., Brockton charged with larceny of a motor vehicle after a fellow resident at Canterbury Arms reports Young took a car without permission.

Police log March 3 to March 6

Tuesday, March 3:
2:28 a.m. Jorge Monteiro, 28, 14 Lorrie Ave., Brockton was charged with driving without a license and other motor vehicle violations after a traffic stop near Warren Ave and Harvard St.

4:26 a.m. An unidentified woman reports being robbed by two men who attacked her while she was getting into her car. The report gives Second Street as an address but it is unclear if the robbery took place there. The woman said they were masked, had a knife and spoke Creole. Police found a mask and knife at Third Street and Custer Street that will be tested for fingerprints.

10:37 a.m. 15-year-old arrested at Brockton High School and charged with possession to distribute a Class D substance, drug violation near a school or park and a default warrant.
11:01 a.m. 16-year-old juvenile arrested on a call from Centre Street for three default warrants.
3:06 p.m. Police responded to a call that three black males, all wearing black hoodies were beating up one male at a park near Brook Street and Howard Square. Police report victim refused to be identified or cooperate, stating his assailants were drunker than him.

7:15 p.m. A man was taken from the Lithuanian Village Café on Ames Street for a suspected heroin or Xanax overdose after police found a hypodermic needle in the men’s room.

9:10 p.m. David Buonassisi, 26, 13 Dyer St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a woman called to report her boyfriend and his brother were fighting.

10:01 p.m. A 15-year-old male was charged with assault and battery after a Chestnut Street mom reported her son was out of control and breaking things in the house, including her glasses.

10:59 p.m. Donald Hall, 31, 281 N. Main St., Brockton was charged with assault to rob, unlawful possession of an electric stun gun and assault and battery when a caller from Golden Corner on N. Main Street reported the restaurant was almost robbed by a 6-foot black male. The caller told police the man didn’t get anything and left before police were contacted and was heading toward Avon. Hall was tracked down from a witness who got the license plate of hall’s vehicle.

Wednesday, March 4:

11:38 a.m. Son Doc Do, 27, 63 Mt. Vernon St., Malden was charged with driving without a license, unregistered and uninsured vehicle, and violations to conceal a license plate identification after a traffic stop near Ellsworth Avenue and Palm Place.

1:19 p.m. Police will contact administrators of East Jr. High School after a group of students were caught spraying a Gladstone Street house with silly string. The initial call claimed the students were spray painting homes on the street.

2:03 p.m. Fernando Tavares, 47, 55 Keith Ave., Brockton, was charged with leaving the scene of property damage after an accident on Main Street.

3:41 p.m. Police are investigating a robbery by a man posing as a safety inspector. A Belmont Street man called to say a young, clean shaven man wearing a dark gray jacket, baseball hat and yellow gloves who spoke Portuguese walked into the house and turned on faucets and checked “everything” as he stole jewelry and other items.

9:58 p.m. Rayleasha Long, 21, 663 River St., Boston was charged two days before her 22nd birthday with sexual conduct for a fee after she was arrested near N. Main Street and Oak Street.

Thursday, March 5:
12:25 a.m. Juan Romero, 36, 487 N. Warren Ave., Brockton was charged with driving without a license after a motor vehicle stop on Oakdale Street.

12:57 a.m. Jose Correia, 36, 535 Pine Grove Dr., Brockton was charged with assault and battery, threat to commit a crime and intimidation of a witness after a call that he was hitting his wife.

2:08 a.m. Richard B. Wallace, 49, was charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop on Alger Street.

3:11 a.m. Maxime Dorilas, 24, 34 Blueberry Circle, was arrested at Good Samaritan Hospital on N. Pearl St. and charged with disturbing the peace after security in the emergency room called to report a drunk party who won’t leave.

9:20 a.m. D’Jeny Janvier, 34, 14 Thompson Dr., Randolph caused a disturbance at police headquarters and was charged with disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, threat to commit a crime and trespass.

10:30 a.m Jamal Niqan, 19, 30 Anawan St., Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace and lewd, wanton and lascivious conduct after an incident at Brockton District Court.

12:50 p.m. Emmanuel Philip Charles, 24, 30 Martin St., Brockton was charged with larceny from a building after Tedeschi’s Food Mart on Crescent Street reported a black male in a tan leather jacket ran into the store, told the clerk, “you can’t catch me now,” grabbed two bottles of wine and sprinted from the store toward Moulton Street.

2:49 p.m. Richard M. Murphy, 26, 4 Lewis Farm Road, Dedham was charged with assault and vandalizing property after police received a call from his girlfriend living on Oak Street that Murphy punched a hole in the wall and was breaking up the apartment.

5:41 p.m. Harry G. Green Jr., 27, 26 George St., Brockton was charged with violated a protective restraining order when it was reported he was following his ex-girlfriend.

5:50 p.m. Jose Correia, 46, 59 Hickory Dr., Raynham was charged with driving without a license after a traffic stop on Warren Avenue near the Brockton French SDA Church.

8:51 p.m. Brandon Hensley, 26, 174 Ethyl Way, Stoughton was charged with driving without a license after a motor vehicle accident on Centre Street.
Friday, March 6:

1:33 a.m. Christopher P. Rovaldi, 25, 155 Colonel Bell Dr., Brockton was charged with second offense drunk driving, leaving the scene of property damage and negligent operation of a motor vehicle when a call reported that a van had hit a curb and several other things, including fire hydrant along Belair Street and was headed toward Oak Street.

2:42 a.m. Stephen N. Ramos, 57, 100 Perkins Ave., Brockton was charged with drunk driving and negligent operation of a motor vehicle after police received a call for a suspicious motorist.

7:28 a.m. A 14-year-old girl was charged with assault and battery, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace when a Forest Ave. caller reported an assault in progress.

9:16 a.m. Foster Monteiro, 18, 35 South St., Brockton was charged with possession to distribute a Class D drug, drug violation near a school or park, driving without a license and fail to yield at an intersection after a traffic stop on Main Street.

12:22 p.m. Dale Rolinda Dupree, 45, 290 Green St., Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, unregistered and uninspected motor vehicle and license not in possession after a traffic stop on Highland Street.

Police Log Feb. 27 to March 2

Friday, Feb. 27:
16-year-old arrested at about 7:51 a.m. after police were contacted by a Pine Ave father who told police he and his daughter had been arguing. Father stated he grabbed her by the shirt, the girl hit him and then ran out of the house. Police were asked to check the area. The girl was charged with assault and battery.

Patrick Brandao, 21, 5 Argyle Road, Randolph, arrested at 9:50 a.m. after a motor vehicle stop on North Main Street. He was charged with driving with a suspended license and improper speeding.

Julie Marie Forde, 24, 29 Intervale St. 3w, Brockton, was stopped at about 10:34 a.m. near Sterling Road and Centre St. She was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended licence.

Shantae Lakisha Hampton, 22, 114, Wheeler Ave., Brockton, was arrested at about 1:30 p.m. after police were called by her boyfriend stating she had hit him and bit his finger. Hampton was charged with assault and battery. About nine hours later Hampton was at Good Samaritan Hospital reporting her boyfriend beat her up. Nurse reported to police Hampton was "beat up pretty good."

15-year-old was arrested at North Junior High School at about 3:05 p.m for trespassing, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.

12-year-old was arrested at about 3:07 p.m. after a call from a Paulin Avenue resident stating 11-year-old son was hit in the head by a rock thrown by the 12-year-old. The 12-year-old was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Mary Louise Hill, 18, 21 Thatcher St., Brockton was arrested at about 6:58 p.m. for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after police received a call that daughter trashed the apartment.

Christopher Martello, 23, 17 Lynn Road, Brockton, arrested at about 8:26 p.m. at his Lynn Road residence and charged with larceny under $250. Police were called by Domino's Pizza on N. Montello Street stating Martello took money from a pizza delivery person.

Lisa Suzanne Matthews, 39, 1 Barry St., Brockton, was charged at about 8:56 p.m. with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after police received a call from her boyfriend that she cut him with a knife.

Charles White, 24, 20 Howard Square, Brockton, after a domestic violence call at the Otto Street home of his son's mother. He was charged with assault and battery.

Saturday, February 28:
Frederick Sommers, 39, 338 Forest Ave., Brockton, was charged with assault and battery and witness intimidation after a domestic violence call to police from his wife's parents.

Danielle Arlen Summers, 32, 24 Cutluss Lane, Mashpee, was arrested at about 12:31 p.m. and charged with obtaining a prescription by fraud after police were contacted by Good Samaritan Hospital and CVS.

Edson Baptista, 23, 235 Pleasant St., #3, Brockton, was arrested at about 12:49 p.m. after a motor vehicle stop on Crescent Street. He was charged with driving with a suspended license and an unregistered motor vehicle.

Joseph C. Meeks, 44, 24 Draper St., Brockton was arrested at about 2:35 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct after a call for a disturbance at the Alamo Cafe on Legion Parkway.

Amarildo Monteiro, 25, 82 S. Leyden St., Brockton, was charged at 5:42 p.m. with assault and battery after police investigated a 9-1-1 hangup call from his residence with a lot of yelling in the background.

Shannon Marie Widener, 27, 116 Pine St., Brockton, was charged at 5:45 p.m. with receiving stolen property after police received a call for a shoplifter at Auto Zone on Belmont Street.

Jadier Wharton, 23, 16 Davids St., Brockton was charged at 5:56 p.m. with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license after a traffic stop near Belmont Avenue and Sycamore Avenue.

Michael Rupsys, 31, 30 Sawtell Ave., Brockton, was arrested on a default warrant at 7:11 p.m. after a call from a Field Street resident stating Rupsys was bothering children sitting on a porch.

Kimberly N. Williams, 39, 1380 Main St., was arrested at the Dorn Davies Senior Center and charged with assault and battery, three counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and two counts of threats to commit a crime after she called police to say "she is going to kill someone in her family because she is sick of them. " The woman's mother told police Williams was on medication and to disregard the call. A call from the fire department stating Williams was headed to another occupant's apartment with a knife sent police to the center.

Channel Burton, 23, 285 Green St., was charged at 8:18 p.m. with malicious destruction of property over $250 after police received a call from her children's father that she popped all four tires of his car.

Jose Orellana, 22, 61 Clifton Ave., Brockton, was charged with driving with out a license after a traffic stop at 8:51 near Warren Avenue and Pleasant Street.

Sunday, March 1:
Stephanie Goncalves, 18, Third Street, Fall River, was charged with OUI, driving without a license and speeding after police stopped the gray 2003 Infiniti she was driving on Main Street at 6:10 a.m. A passenger in the car, Rodrigo Correia, 33, 60 Bellevue St., Boston was charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with a police officer performing his duty.

Robert Bourque Jr., 32, 97 Harvard St., Brockton, was charged with assault and battery at 8:52 a.m. after police received a call for an unwanted guest.

Jesse Janes, 32, 108 Otis St., Brockton was charged at 9:32 a.m. with two counts of assault and battery and malicious destruction of property over $250 after police received a call about a problem at Brockton Hospital.

Jose Lopez, 25, 257 Pleasant St., Brockton was charged at 10:36 a.m. with use of a motor vehicle without authority and larceny over $250 when police recovered a stolen red 1992 Toyota Corolla.

Denilson Costa Silva Ferreira, 28, 91 Tremont St., Brockton, was charged at 12:24 p.m. wtih assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery, malicious destruction of property over $250 and driving without a license after a caller from Bartlett Street stated boyfriend busted door and is in driveway.

Monday, March 2:
Joao Andrade, 43, 1006 Main St., Brockton was arrested at 12:26 a.m. at the Main Dragon Restaurant after a caller told police Andrade, who lives in the same building, was stalking her and followed her to the Main Dragon. Andrade was charged with indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or over and assault and battery.

Ana Dias, 38, 23 Brett St., Brockton, was charged with misdemeanor breaking and entering and disturbing the peace at 1:16 a.m. when police received a call from a Pleasant Street resident stating a female with blonde hair was banding at doors in the building and could be very drunk.

Joseph Gavazzi, 22, 97 Ardsley Circle, Brockton was charged at 1:42 a.m. with driving with a suspended license and uninsured vehicle after a traffic stop near his address.

Manuel A. Timas, 50, 40 Reservoir St., was charged with assault and battery at 8:38 a.m. after a caller stated her husband assaulted her and she fears for her safety and the safety of a young son.
