MONDAY, FEBRUARY 21, 2011

1:41 a.m. Suspicious activity in the vicinity of 766 Warren Ave. Male with large bag of metal. Sergio P. Pabon, 43, of Brockton was charged with felony B&E of a building in the nighttime, larceny from a building, destruction of property over $250, possession of burglarious instruments and resisting arrest.

1:58 a.m. Robbery. Brockton Mobil Mart, 1012 Belmont St. Caller states a white male reached in open draw and grabbed cash and ran off. Police report taken.

4:52 a.m. Larceny of a MV investigation on Appleton Street. Caller is the owner and car stolen from driveway was a 2000 Honda Civic.

8:47 a.m. Malicious damage investigation. Lexington Street. All four tires are flat and rear window smashed.

10:25 a.m. Disturbance. Laundromax, 528 Main St. Female parties allegedly arguing. May escalate. Anna Fernandes, 60, of Brockton was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon, A&B and disturbing the peace.


8:03 p.m. Assault & Battery in progress. Harold Street. Caller reports a male and female allegedly fighting and they were outside and now back inside the house. Edison Monteiro, 27, of Brockton was charged with local warrant and nonviolent family offenses.

8:32 p.m. Larceny investigation. Victoria's Secret, 200 Westgate Dr. Larceny of merchandise. Police report taken.

10:42 p.m. Suspicous activity at 789 North Main Street & 61 Livingston Road. Joseph M. Lynch, 21, of Holbrook was charged with selling/possession of electric stun gun. Scott Buckman, 22, of Holbrook was summonsed for operating MV with a suspended license.

11:58 p.m. A&B dangerous weapon—knife. Goddard Road. Caller states she was walking her dog and a heavy black male, gray winter hat, dark coat allegedly just tried to stab her and her dog out front. State police just called and says the male party that tried to stab the female and dog is trying to file a report against the female. Hayward V. Henry, 41, of Brockton was charged with 3 counts of assault with a dangerous weapon.

1:54 a.m. Assault & Battery investigation. See the caller in the waiting area of the emergency room. She has a human bite mark. One person summonsed for 2 counts of A&B with dangerous weapon, mayhem and 2 counts of larceny under $250. Name withheld because no date of birth given.

3:35 a.m. Disturbance by a family. West Elm Street. Caller states her boyfriend is allegedly refusing to leave and punching walls in the apartment. Jose Molina, 26, of Brockton was charged with A&B and destruction of property over $250.

7:25 a.m. B&E in progress. Blaine Street & Packard Way. A tall male with a book bag allegedly pushed himself into the first floor apartment. Left and is heading toward Packard Way. Jorge L. Gonzalez, 35, of Brockton was charged with felony B&E of a building in the daytime and larceny from a building.

1:39 p.m. Suspicious person. Walmart, 700 Oak St. There is a male in a gray Acura SUV selling electronics. The male is wearing a black hoodie and caller states he is in the second row parking lot and a group of people are gathering around him. Under investigation.

2:16 p.m. Motor vehicle stop. East Nilsson Street & 889 Main St. Karen M. Allen, 22, of Brockton was summonsed for assault to intimidate and assault with a dangerous weapon.


4:10 p.m. Domestic violence call. Tripp Avenue. Caller states wife just came in and allegedly started hitting him. Marcinia Killebrew, 59, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

6:44 p.m. Check motorist in the vicinity of 1666 Main St. Female in a green Ford Taurus heading north on Main Street and is allegedly all over the road and has several unrestrained children bouncing around in the car. Caller has been following since West Bridgewater. Amanda Kemmet, 18, of Bridgewater was charged with default warrant.

6:44 p.m. Robbery in the vicinity of 464 Warren Ave & 50 Winthrop St. Males states he was robbed, language barrier. Police report taken.

7:53 p.m. Assault & Battery in progress. Churchill Avenue. George's tow truck driver is allegedly being attacked in front of this address. Antonio Carlos Moreira, 43, of Taunton was summonsed for A&B with dangerous weapon and A&B.

9:35 p.m. Domestic violence call in the vicinity of 722 Main St. Mother called 911 to state her daughter's boyfriend is allegedly arguing with her and trying to put his hands on her. Jean Gerard Dorvil, 35, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

10:58 p.m. Domestic violence call. Pine Grove Drive. State Police got a cell call from a female who states her brother is allegedly attacking her. Bintu Toure, 18, of Brockton was charged with A&B and assault with a dangerous weapon.

1:57 a.m. Assault & Battery in progress. Morabeza Restaurant, 581 Main St. Large fight in the parking lot. Ivando Brandao, 27, of Dorchester was charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, interfering with a police officer in the performance of duty and resisting arrest.

2:39 a.m. Car fire in the rear of Frye’s Cigar Store, 282 Main St. Code enforcement called in for 2 cars that have been fire bombed. Both cars towed from the scene. State Police arrived and took samples for the lab.

2:56 a.m. Malicious damage in progress. Summer Street. Somebody threw a rock through his front window.

4:52 a.m. 911 transfer to fire. Caller fell out of bed & can't get up.

11:41 a.m. Malicious damage investigation in the vicinity of 1081 Montello St. Vandalism to some cars.

12:35 p.m. 911 transfer to ambulance. Erection that will not go down.

3:36 p.m. Larceny investigation in the vicinity of 103 Main Street. Items stolen from the apartment.
3:40 p.m. Domestic violence call. Elmcourt Hotel, 33 West Elm Ave. BFD responded to above for a medical emergency and now report a domestic. Joanna S. Mirabito, 55, of Brockton was charged with A&B and resisting arrest.

6:00 p.m. Larceny investigation. Exchange Street. Caller came home and found items missing, stated she let a friend stay there. Chantelle Lace Foley, 18, of Attleboro was summonsed for larceny over $250.

7:55 p.m. Assault & Battery in progress. Algonquin Street. Male and female allegedly fighting. Shawn Cox, 32, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

9:55 p.m. Motor vehicle stop. 195 Arthur Paquin Way. Car stopped in fire lane and police blowing horn repeatedly and car refused to move. Car tagged and cited.

10:57 p.m. Alarm by telephone on Division Street. Cockroaches eating the wires.

11:06 p.m. Caller from Lynn Road states that her ex-boyfriend allegedly threatened to beat her up and blow up her home. Franco J. Dossantos, 26, of Whitman was summonsed for threatening to commit a crime.

1:04 a.m. Disturbance. Mainspring House, 54 North Main St. Male party is allegedly back in the parking lot and trying to get in one of the cars so he can sleep. Richard Moniz, 50, of Brockton was charged with trespass and B&E for misdemeanor.

6:57 a.m. Police officer has prisoners. Elmcourt Hotel, 33 West Elm St. Tedy Steven Velazquez, 18, of Brockton was charged with possession to distribute Class A & B drugs and drug violation near school/park. Vanessa Suarez, 17, of Middleboro was charged with possession to distribute Class C & D drugs and drug violation near a school/park. Teddy D. Santos, 36, of Brockton was charged with possession to distribute Class B drug, drug violation near a school/park and possession of Class B drug. Summons to appear are Rafael Ortiz, 24, of Brockton for possession to distribute Class A drug and drug violation near school/park and Tyrelle R. Baker, 22, of Brockton for possession to distribute Class C & D drug and drug violation near school/park.

9:03 a.m. Vandalism. Provost Street. 4 cars spray-painted from 41 to 57 Provost Street.

9:15 a.m. Malicious damage in progress. Star Food Mart, 4 Hovendon Ave. 2 black males in their twenties allegedly threw things around the store and knocked over 2 shelves and are causing a disturbance. They are walking toward Howard Street. A female is following them into the MBTA-Montello. Caller states they are on the platform now. Guito Mathieu, 18, of Roslindale was summonsed for malicious destruction of property under $250.

10:10 a.m. Soliciting. Battles Street & 562 North Main Street. Caller states a male party in a green Toyota Camry asked her into his car. Caller states she looks like she is 16 but she is 30-years old and she is at the Golden Corner. Field interrogation.

1:20 p.m. Assault & Battery in progress. Shaw's Supermarket, 641 Belmont St. Female allegedly being assaulted by another female. Female has red marks on her neck and her hair was being pulled. Some sort of roommate problem. Susan Cohen, 57, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

1:27 p.m. Domestic violence call. Rockwell Avenue. Caller states her child's father allegedly slammed her on the ground. Jamie Lin Smith, 19, of Brockton was summonsed for 2 counts of A&B with a dangerous weapon and A&B.

4:41 p.m. Party unconscious. Raintree Lane residence. Caller is unable to wake up her 40-year-old nephew. Previous history of overdose. Fire en-route.

6:11 p.m. Welfare check. Kentucky Fried Chicken, 875 North Montello St. Caller states a light-skinned male party with a black eye was in the bathroom on the floor screaming and he went out in the parking lot and is lying on the ground screaming. Caller reports "You can’t miss him he has the blackest black eye". Out with male party and is now at the T-station and is all set. The black eye is old and he is with friends.

7:55 p.m. Domestic violence investigation. Good Samaritan Hospital, 235 North Pearl St. Caller was driving down Cross Street when she noticed a female allegedly being attacked by her boyfriend. Caller pulled over and asked the female if she was alright and the male fled. Caller escorted the female to the ER and informed security. The female is 19 years old and she had physical bruises. There was a prior incident in relation to this call that came in on 911. Christopher Anderson, 25, of Brockton was charged with A&B.


8:19 p.m. Robbery attempt. Hervey Street & 552 Main Street. Female states a white male pulled a knife and tried to rob her. States heavy set white male, bald, no facial hair and wearing a dark green or black sweater attempted to rob her at knife point but she ran away. Suspect fled west on Hervey Street. We checked the area and were unable to locate the suspect.

THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 17, 2011

12:42 a.m. Disturbance by a drunk. Arthur St. Caller is landlord who is in Weymouth and getting calls from his tenants about a Rodney Sanders, who has been allegedly drinking and causing problems with people in the apartment house. Rodney Sanders, 33, of Brockton was charged with destruction of property over $250 and disturbing the peace.

1:49 a.m. Disturbance by a drunk. Battles St. Caller says Warren MacNeil is allegedly drunk and came back and broke the satellite dish off the side of the house. Warren MacNeil, 52, of Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace and threatening to commit a crime.

6:51 a.m. Larceny of a M/V investigation. Pratt Street. Grey 2007 Chevy SE Cobalt stolen. Police investigating.

8:38 a.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. Workout World, 75 Campanelli Dr. Male is yelling at the front desk and refuses to scan his card or leave. Male was told by the Workout World manager and this officer that he was not welcome here any longer and he was trespassing.

9:16 a.m. Disturbance. Brockton High School, 470 Forest Ave. One female age 16 was charged with disturbing the peace.

10:09 a.m. Assault and Battery in progress. North Main St. Male party is allegedly hitting the maintenance man and refusing to leave. James M Jorritsma Jr., 27, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

10:44 a.m. Overdose. Oakland Street. Caller is reporting that her sister's roommate just called her and said that her sister is taking to many of her prescription pills (Trazadone). Ambulance sent.

12:02 a.m. Welfare check on patient from Brockton Hospital that was brought in from Oakland Street on the above overdose call. Patient took off on foot within the last 5 minutes and is at the intersection of the Supreme House of Pizza with a Dunkin’ Donuts cup. Party located and brought back to hospital.

1:48 p.m. Welfare check. Belmont Street & Manoment St. Male and female around 18-20 years old walking on Belmont Street and heading east. They seem to be allegedly drunk or high on something and are staggering in and out of the street. Spoke with both parties and seem OK and heading back to High Point.

2:58 p.m. Disturbance. Taco Bell, 675 Belmont St. Several kids being loud and refusing to leave dining area and caller wants them removed. Matter settled.

6:34 p.m. Assault & Battery investigation. Brockton Mini-Mart, 139 Pleasant St. An unknown male assaulted 3 homeless people. Fire wanted police to be aware of it.

6:36 p.m. Malicious damage investigation. Westfield Child Center, 470 Torrey St. Reports that someone is tampering with the lug nuts on buses and employees’ cars. Police report taken.

7:45 p.m. Robbery. Angerer Avenue. Caller states 2 men in black ski masks robbed him at knife point while in his driveway with his dogs. States a third man standing across the street. GPS system stolen.

8:32 p.m. Domestic violence call. Oak Street in the vicinity of the 221 block. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly threw her down into the bathroom and he left in a Chevy Malibu. Lawrence J. Scaglione III, 59, summonsed for A&B, witness intimidation and larceny under $250.

9:16 p.m. Assault & Battery in progress. North Warren Avenue & Spring Street. 3 males fighting in the street. Homeless guys happy to have seen each other. They were just hugging each other on the street.

9:50 p.m. Motor vehicle stop. Crescent St. Shaun E. Tibbetts, 32, of Brockton was summonsed for operating MV too closely and operating MV with license revoked.

10:30 p.m. Larceny in progress. Shaw's Supermarket, 715 Crescent St. David F. Whelan, 35, of West Bridgewater was summonsed for attempted shoplifting.

10:40 p.m. Multiple gunshot calls coming in from the vicinity of 1340 Main St & Plain Street. Caller states she heard about 10 shots and saw a white 4-door car sped away heading down Plain Street. Report taken.

SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 13, 2011

12:49 a.m. Assist Fire or ambulance. Cherry Street. Fire states they received a call about two parties who allegedly assaulted each other. They don’t want it to escalate. Paul E. Cornaro, 51, of Brockton was charged with A&B. Travis Genthner, 27, of Brockton was charged with threat to commit crime.

1:06 a.m. Domestic violence call. Keswick Road. State Police transfer. Husband allegedly struck her in the face. Male party in background is allegedly being very abusive. Requested cross complaints. Tayna Arce, 34, of Brockton and George Arce, 57, of Brockton were charged with A&B.

1:08 a.m. Disturbance. Cherry Street. A 16-year-old juvenile male was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace, resisting arrest and interfering with a police officer in performance of duty.

2:56 a.m. Malicious damage in progress. Bartlett Street. Call reports large group breaking windows in cars. Police found a 25-year-old man involved in some sort of altercation. Non-cooperative and there are no witnesses. He suffered facial and head lacerations. Seen by Fire and AMR, but refused to be transported to hospital. Waiver signed.

3:06 a.m. Domestic violence call. Chestnut Street. Caller reports her husband is allegedly smacking her around and throwing her clothes outside. She wants him removed. Edward Joseph Summers Jr., 70, of Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B.

3:13 a.m. Disturbance. Third Street. Caller states there are about 7 people in the street yelling and about to fight. Second call reports a fight is about to occur. All parties moved along and matter settled.

3:53 a.m. Domestic violence call. Warren Avenue. Caller states her boyfriend is allegedly pushing her around and breaking things. She wants him removed. Ed Pierre, 28, of Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B.

5:31 a.m. Disturbance by a family. Ash Street. Caller reports there is allegedly a female outside with no shoes on and is half-naked with a blanket on. Female states there was no argument but can hear male party in background who allegedly will not let her in the house. Antonio Fernandes, 33, of Brockton was arrested and charged with assault and disturbing the peace.

6:57 a.m. Malicious damage investigation. Snell Avenue. Caller reports two guys came to her house and they were at a party with son last night. There was some sort of problem and they were yelling at her. They left, but all the tires on two motor vehicles are damaged. Report taken.

9:55 a.m. Larceny investigation. N. Main Street. Caller states a party robbed him on 2/11/2011 and the party who robbed him is inside the gym now playing basketball. $300 returned to victim.

10:24 a.m. Disturbance by a family. Nason Street. Caller is allegedly having a problem with husband. Smith Jean Baptiste, 53, of Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B.
10:30 a.m. Domestic violence call. Blendall Street. Twenty-year-old caller states she is 8 weeks pregnant and her mother allegedly assaulted her with a broom. Yanique Idal, 52, of Brockton was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, A&B with a dangerous weapon and A&B.

11:31 a.m. Domestic violence call. Turner Street. Caller states her baby’s father allegedly just pushed her and stole her phone. Lionel R. Young, 26, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

3:15 p.m. Welfare check. Melrose Cemetery, 88 N. Pearl St. An elderly woman is stuck in a snow bank at the cemetery and has been stuck there for about an hour. She can see the cemetery’s office and needs help. Matter settled.

6:58 p.m. Domestic violence call. Pine Avenue. Derrick Barros, 24, of Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B.

7:41 p.m. Domestic violence call. Intervale Street. Caller reports 16-year-old son is out of control and has attacked mom and her boyfriend. A 16-year-old was charged with A&B and assault.

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 12, 2011

12:59 a.m. A&B dangerous weapon investigated. Grove Street. Caller states she was at Dino’s Bar about 20 minutes ago and the boyfriend of a female she had problems with came outside the bar and alleged shot at her feet with a black gun. She said they both have left the bar, but would like to see an officer. Bertha Stanley, 29, of Brockton was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon.

1:12 a.m. Domestic violence call. 581 Main Street. Caller states his baby’s mother alleged punched him in the face twice and is inside Morabeza Restaurant. Keila Maisa-Vieira Garcia, 30, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

2:23 a.m. Disturbance. 62 Brett Street. Report of about 10 people out front fighting. Female screaming. Upon arrival police found nothing.

2:31 a.m. A&B dangerous weapon—knife. 42 Brett St. Two males came into hospital who were stabbed at Brett Street. One is 20-years-old, the other is 19.

12:09 p.m. Domestic violence call. Forest Avenue. Fifteen-year-old caller states aunt allegedly punched her in the face and pulled her hair. Deila Moeda, 26, of Brockton was charged with A&B and foreign warrant.

2:17 p.m. Disturbance by a family. Farrington Street. Caller states she just got home and everything in her house is broken. She believes her 18-year-old son did this, but when asked he would not answer. After police spoke with the son, he admitted to breaking the items and also stated he wanted to kill himself. The son was transported to Brockton Hospital for evaluation.

4:36 p.m. B&E investigate. Copeland Street. Caller is 3rd party. Called to state brother’s house on Copeland Street was broken into. Reports an M-4 rifle is missing. Caller’s boyfriend will meet police officer. Report taken. Also 40-50 people removed from home per homeowner.

4:43 p.m. Unwanted guest—drunk. Mainspring House, 54 N. Main St. Caller states male party is drunk and they want him to leave. Male party taken to Brockton Hospital ER.

4:51 p.m. 911 verify call. Good Samaritan, 235 N. Pearl St. Caller from one of the hospital’s rooms has called twice. First time male caller stated he wanted to speak with an officer. He was told to call non-emergency and given that number. He did not call non-emergency, but called back 911 and stated to come to his room and “I’ll tell you what’s going on.” Officer spoke with hospital officials who stated the man is under a security watch because he like to light fires. They will handle and assured there is no problem there.

4:57 p.m. Disturbance by a drunk. Atlantic Rubber, 93 Pleasant St. Drunk female transported to Good Samaritan.

8:50 p.m. Domestic violence call. Main Street. Male party is stating he needs police. Yelling, crying baby in the background. Line disconnected. Manuel Lucero, 26, of Brockton was charged with A&B, and foreign warrant. Aurelio Tacuri Guaman, 32, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

9:56 p.m. Domestic violence call. Grafton Street. Caller reports boyfriend allegedly just tried to strangle her. He’s still there. Tarik J. Spencer, 32, of Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B.

1:15 a.m. Police officer has a prisoner. Ames and Spark streets. Jennifer L. Newcomb, 29, of S. Weymouth was charged with sexual conduct for fee.

3:35 a.m. Disturbance. Hamilton Street. Caller reports male party is back and allegedly yelling and arguing. Phone kept breaking up. Rayshaun J. Brown, 37, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery.

5:14 a.m. Disturbance. Highland Street. Male party called about a woman and her baby. Male party refused any more info. A second call from a female from Highland Street allegedly yelling and screaming into the phone and then hung up. State Police state female told them someone allegedly took her baby. Derek Gresham, 26, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery.

5:26 a.m. Recovered M/V out of town. Fitzpatrick Avenue and Cross Street. Caller states there is a red Honda Accord parked on the corner of Fitzpatrick Avenue with no doors and the interior light is on. Police report 1996 red Honda Accord SE was towed. It had not doors, no seats and now hood.

6:28 a.m. Larceny of a M/V investigation. Shivam Variety, 521 Main St. Caller reports he went into store and left the car running. When he came out his brown 1998 Nissan Altima was gone. It happened about 10 minutes ago.

7:27 a.m. Malicious damage M/V. Kingman Avenue. Motor vehicle tires allegedly slashed. Fotios S. Efthimiadis, 33, of Brockton was charged with destruction, damage and vandalism.

9:01 a.m. Disturbance. Exchange Street. Caller is calling from work to report his girlfriend called him stating someone is banging at the back door trying to get in. 1:03 p.m. Recovered stolen M/V. N. Main Street and Division Street. Caterpillar skid steer stolen from Kingston located by Auto Country in Abington. Also recovered was an equipment trailer stolen from Whitman. Abington PD did recovery for stolen skid steer. Whitman PD did recovery for trailer and Kingston PD notified.

1:27 p.m. Robbery investigation. Prestige Gas, 781 Warren Ave. Woman in PD lobby about a robbery at Prestige Gas at about 10 a.m. this morning. States $5,700 was taken by force. She stated she knows the suspect who she allegedly was trying to buy weed from and may know where he lives. Witness said a police officer needs to look at film. Woman changed her mind and does not want to make a report. Clear. No action needed.


2:28 p.m. Domestic violence investigate. Brockton PD, 7 Commercial St. Brian Jones, 36, of Avon was charged with assault and battery, two counts of intimidating a witness, and threat to commit crime.

3:01 p.m. Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Nilsson and Main Streets. Caller stated someone allegedly threw a block of solid ice at his face. A 16-year-old juvenile was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

3:50 p.m. Disturbance. Warren Avenue and Pleasant Street. Woman transported to Brockton Hospital ER. She had too much vodka.

5:11 p.m. Domestic violence investigate. Spring Avenue. Caller is mother who states son’s girlfriend allegedly punched him in the face and scratched her on the neck. She has left the house. Annette Powell, 23, of Brockton was charged with two counts of assault and battery.

Pearl Street Medical Building, 1 Pearl St. Caller reports a man in a newer model Chrysler with Arizona plates cut her off and followed her to the Pearl Street Medical Building parking lot. Caller states he is circling the parking lot and parked in front of her and made a gun symbol with his fingers at her. Caller said he has taken off, but is worried he might come back. She is pregnant and scared. Matter settled.

1:36 p.m. Assault & battery in progress. Forest Avenue and Ash Street. Caller reports two teens fighting. One allegedly spit on the motor vehicle of the other as it passed by. Gaige Spear, 17, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

5:29 p.m. Welfare check. 850 N. Main St. Caller states an elderly male in a wheelchair is on Main Street in front of Waitt Funeral Home and is concerned he may get hit by a car. Police checked on the man and reported he is waiting for the bus, is OK and stated he will stay on the side of the road.

6:33 p.m. Robbery. Sears, 200 Westgate Dr. State Police called to report a female was fighting with her boyfriend and he allegedly took her money. Caller is waiting for PD at Sears. Ashley Meguro, 28, of Quincy was charged with threat to commit crime and unarmed robbery.

8 p.m. Domestic violence call. Richmond Street. Caller reports she is allegedly being beat up by her boyfriend. Kevin J. Sullivan, 44, of Brockton was charged with two counts of assault and battery.

Main St. A female caller reported when she got off the bus near Golden Corner a green or black 4-door SUV with a white male in his 40s or 50s followed her as she walked home. Caller states she told him to stop following her as he kept circling around her. She told him she was going to call 911 and he said he didn’t care because if he wanted to snatch her up, he will. Caller said she went to Prime Gas and called a cab and is now home.

12:33 p.m. Larceny in progress. National Grid, 100 E. Ashland St. Caller reports parties allegedly stealing copper wire. One took off in a silver Ford Focus. Couple parties still there. Eric Grzyboski, 35, of Norton was charged with 2 counts of felony B&E a building in nighttime and larceny from a building.

2:53 p.m. Pickup a prisoner on a warrant. Centre Street. Katie L. Field, 26, of E. Bridgewater was arrested and charged with possession of a Class B drug and foreign warrant.

4:37 p.m. Domestic violence call. Linwood Street. Caller reports her godchild who lives with her allegedly is out of control throwing things around the house, threatening the caller’s elderly mother and has hit the caller several times. Cassandra McCoy, 40, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

5:10 p.m. Threats—see the complainant. Custer Street. Caller states neighbor is making threats. Argument over shrubs and bushes on the property line. Neighbor was yelling at caller when she was making call to police. They will call back if it continues. Matter settled for now.

7:33 p.m. Bomb scare. Cardinal Spellman High School, 738 Court St. Caller is the principal of Cardinal Spellman High School. She just got a call from a custodian telling her that there was writing on a stall in the boys bathroom that said there is a bomb in the school. Custodian cleaned off the writing. 2:59 a.m. A&B investigate. Super 8 Motel, 195 Westgate Dr. Clerk called and states there was allegedly a domestic violence situation in one of the rooms. Spoke to a female who states she is a prostitute and the male and female in the room allegedly didn’t pay her and assaulted her. She is allegedly in the lobby in her bra. Barbara Lyons, 29, of Brockton was charged with sexual conduct for fee.

3:10 a.m. 911 Unknown emergency. Reservoir Street. A woman is on the telephone with State Police. She is unable to speak with dispatcher. Possible domestic violence situation. George Colby, 27, of Brockton was charged with 2 counts of A&B, malicious destruction of property over $250 and foreign warrant.

4:42 a.m. Domestic violence call. Vine Street. Erik Grahn, 28, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery.

2:13 p.m. Disturbance. St. Edith Stein, 71 E. Main St. Two Brockton women, Amanda Terrio, 21, and Katrina Marie Cuba, 18, were charged with affray, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and resisting arrest.

2:33 p.m. Disturbance. Davis School, 380 Plain St. Female in a vehicle causing a disturbance yelling at people near the buses. Vehicle towed.

4:23 p.m. Domestic violence call. Summer Street. Caller states her brother allegedly assaulted her by throwing her to the floor. Daniel Auger, 43, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

4:26 p.m. Keep the peace. Keith Avenue extension. Caller states there is a person at his house trying to take his car. Female party is saying he owes $600 and caller states he has a court paper from last week that shows he has paid the fees. Constable had court papers of execution with dollar amount. Money was paid on scene by check and tow avoided.

4:29 p.m. Robbery investigation. Monument Street. Caller reports was robbed by 2 black males while on Monument Street. Both males about 18-years-old and wearing black jackets. One had on a mask and said he had a knife. They took caller’s wallet, cell phone and backpack.

5:10 p.m. Welfare check. Dorn Davies Senior Center, 1380 Main St. Caller reports he lives in one of the apartments and all day long another male allegedly has been in the hallway banging on the doors of the women who live at several other apartments and has been harassing and threatening them. One of the females told the caller she is very afraid of this male. Paul Giles, 61, of Brockton was charged with threat to commit a crime.

8 p.m. Domestic violence call. N. Montello Street. Caller states her husband allegedly hit her head with the door. Jean B. Tagne, 45, of Brockton was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon and vandalizing a building.

8:01 p.m. Domestic violence investigated. Packard Way. Party served order in hand and then arrested. Antonio L. Martins, 41, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

1:43 a.m. Domestic violence call. Crescent Street. Caller says her boyfriend allegedly punched her in the face and took her keys. Caller is parked in lot behind Joe Angelo’s Café. Caller called back to say she has moved to nearby gas station. Police charged Martin McDonald, 30, of East Bridgewater was charged with A&B and Julie A. Meede, 29, of Norton was charged with A&B.

6:46 a.m. Assist other agency. Centre Street. A U.S. Army sergeant request police assist him in serving a warrant for an AWOL, or absent without out leave, soldier suspected to be at a location on Centre Street. A 25-year-old man was taken by the sergeant. Two other visitors, a 24-year-old E. Bridgewater woman and a 24-year-old Brockton man at the address were given verbal no trespass orders from this property.
7:22 a.m. Domestic violence investigation. Oak Street extension. Third party relaying info. Sister says her sister’s ex-boyfriend allegedly busted into the apartment and began attacking her and ripping off her clothes and pushed her around. He has left the apartment. Dervens Noel, 23, of Stoughton was charged with assault to rape.

8:31 a.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. 50 Christy’s Dr. Male in the lobby allegedly causing a disturbance and they want him removed. John V. Silva, 31, of Brockton was arrested and charged with trespass, disturbing the peace and witness intimidation.

She states her neighbors allegedly saw her father banging on her door earlier. 5:42 a.m. Disturbance. Hillberg Street. Caller states police were just here and her son is now allegedly trying to fight everyone. Peter Vasillios Grantsis, 23, of Brockton was arrested and charged with two counts of A&B on a police officer and assault.

9 a.m. Domestic violence call. Auburn Street. Caller reports she is allegedly having a domestic dispute and she is scared. Caller allegedly said he broke in but is out front now. Daniel Simons, 24, of Roxbury was arrested and charged with A&B, felony breaking and entering a building in the nighttime and witness intimidation.

11:48 a.m. Welfare check. Elmcourt Hotel, 33 W. Elm St. Caller reports her granddaughter is staying with a 16-year-old runaway who is pregnant. Caller states the two females have been staying in a room for a week and the person who rented the room was arrested a couple of days ago. Police arrested and charged a 16-year-old juvenile with two foreign and one local warrant.

12:19 p.m. Domestic violence call. N. Warren Avenue. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly just bit her on the shoulder and hand. Joao Alves Lopes, 21, was arrested and charged with A&B.

3:54 a.m. Disturbance, Thayer Avenue. Caller reports she can allegedly hear a female in apartment yelling and a small child crying. Believes they are being assaulted by a male. Devin Tillett, 26, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

4:13 a.m. 911 unknown emergency, Raintree Center. Female screaming. Daughter yelling, then phone was disconnected. Intoxicated woman fell down stairs and taken to Brockton Hospital.

Caller reports a red Pontiac leaving the scene, possibly heading toward Warren Avenue. Also, at 1:29 a female called and said a male was shot in front of 33 Harvard St. and is laying down on the ground. CPAC processed scene and cleared.

2:27 a.m. Disturbance, Green Street. Caller reports alleged loud banging and yelling from inside apartment. Caller thinks they are fighting. Jose Gomes, 28, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

2:44 a.m. Disturbance, Falmouth Avenue and Waverly Street. Caller reports he can hear a group allegedly arguing out front. Alexandra M. Sceppa, 24, of Brockton, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and resisting arrest.

3:37 a.m. Domestic violence call, Haverhill Street. Caller states her friend is allegedly being attacked by her husband who is still outside. Friend asked caller to notify police.
Nathan Godley, 43, of Brockton, was arrested and charged with A&B.

3:40 a.m. Malicious damage investigation, Green Street. Caller says a female known to him allegedly came to his work tonight and threatened to destroy his apartment. Caller reports she has a key. When caller got home his apartment was a mess—things were broken and thrown around. Under investigation.

8 a.m. Code enforcement, 33 Dover Street. Police report gathering paperwork to issue a temporary restraining order to limit he hours of operation of Drummer’s Lounge2 based on the violence that has happened at this location. Documents will be presented to court in a.m. with a short order notice.

8:57 a.m. Welfare check, Walmart, 700 Oak St. Caller states going to Good Samaritan Hospital with a 3-year-old found at the overpass of Route 24. After child was checked was returned to home. Mother was still sleeping.

2:18 p.m. A&B in progress, Shell, 253 E. Ashland St. Worker at Shell station reports being assaulted by a male known to him. Worker does not want to press charges, only wants the “kid” to stay off the property. Threatening man was told to stay away from station.

1:48 a.m. Suspicious person, Boylston Street. Michael Patrick Murray, 23, of Brockton, was charged with fugitive from justice on governor’s warrant and default warrant.

2:31 a.m. Malicious damage investigation, 7-11, 662 Belmont St. Caller reports 5 girls were in store about 30 minutes ago and they were shoplifting and then busted the front door. Report taken.

1:42 p.m. Home invasion, Manomet St. Caller is 23-years-old and was throwing out trash when 2 black males with their faces covered and wearing black pants and hats, pulled out a gun and made caller go into house, sit at a table while the other male went through the house and stole items. Kicked in door also. Fled on foot in unknown direction. Report taken.

3:16 p.m. Code enforcement, Somerset Place. Reported by Officer Greene of a man sleeping in the 3rd floor front hall bedroom. Enforcement officer reports a bedroom has been set up in the hallway of the third floor. Woman reported her nephew is sleeping on the mattress and box spring that was set-up in the third floor landing. Second floor landing is packed with bags of clothing and blue barrels. Police report the second floor porch is being loaded up. Owner notified to clear out the halls and remove the bedding.

9:15 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner, Warren Avenue. Christopher Fontes, 19, of Brockton, and Dylan D. Fontes, 18, of Brockton were charged with possession to distribute a Class B drug, drug violation near a school or park, and possession to distribute a Class D drug. Dylan Fontes was also charged with number plate violation.

10:03 a.m. Domestic violence call, N. Cary St. Caller alleges his baby’s mother attacked him while he was holding the baby. Ana Fernandes, 32, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery.

10:14 a.m. A&B with a dangerous weapon—a knife, Byron Avenue. Caller states 3 black males—one with a knife—allegedly tried to jump husband. Dana Rice, 17, and Eric Davis, 26, both of Brockton, were charged with A&B, and affray.

Report taken on behalf of property owner for first and second floors (no tenants). Will need to return when the third floor tenant gets home from work to include her info.

5:39 a.m. A&B with a dangerous weapon—a gun, Grove Street. Caller reports her friend was hit in the face with a gun. Known female who hit her has left the area. Complaint filed.

8:33 a.m. Malicious damage investigation, Martland Avenue. Tires flattened. Caller reports she allegedly was told by a neighbor that if she did not move her vehicle damage would be done to it. Adalgisa A. Knight, 37, of Brockton, was charged with threat to commit crime.

9:44 a.m. B&E investigated, Newton Street. Caller reports B&E to vacant home. Copper stolen.

11:22 a.m. A&B with a dangerous weapon—a wrench, Keith Avenue extension. Caller states his girlfriend’s uncle allegedly hit him over the head with a wrench. Caller is bleeding and suspect drove off in a hunter green Nissan Xterra. Anthony Boseman, 44, of Randolph, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

11:49 a.m. Disturbance, South Jr. High School, 105 Keith Ave. A 14-year-old was arrested and charged with carrying a dangerous weapon on school grounds and minor possession of a BB gun or air rifle.

12:12 p.m. Disturbance, Emerson Avenue. Caller reports she is having a problem with her landlord trying to tow her car and they are arguing. Police report they were doing a T3 town and the owner has now blocked the tow truck and is refusing to move. Tow company towed the vehicle. Owner of the vehicle is very unhappy.

1:11 p.m. Robbery, Oak Street and Chatham West Drive. Caller reports a white female in her 30s just stole her pocketbook and fled in a gray SUV driven by a white male. Report taken.

1:14 p.m. B&E investigated, Linwood Street. B&E to home. Investigated.

2:11 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner, Hermon Street. Armando M. Rodriguez, 33, of Brockton was arrested and charged with trafficking in cocaine and selling or possessing an electric stun gun.

2:18 p.m. Larceny investigation, Hess Oil, 1614 Main St. Caller reports a red pickup truck drove off without paying for gas.

3:31 p.m. Malicious damage investigation, Turner Street. Call states having problems with a couple of teens throwing snowballs at caller’s house. One of the teens damaged his mailbox and fled the scene. Officers spoke to the teens yesterday about this.

4:06 p.m. Malicious damage investigation, N. Main Street. Caller reports his girlfriend is allegedly flipping out, throwing and breaking stuff. Caller states girlfriend allegedly kicked the door in and trashed the place. Second call victim reports girlfriend took all her stuff and has left and does not want to press charges. Kimberly Anne Mofford, 20, of Stoughton, was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon and two counts of malicious destruction of property under $250.

4:57 p.m. Robbery investigation, Wilmington and N. Main streets. Alleged victim came into station to report he was hit over the head, knocked unconscious and robbed at about 2 p.m. Reports being unconscious on the ground for 3 hours in the snow in an alley on a busy street. Alleged victim’s girlfriend contacted by telephone believes he is making up the story because he has a drug problem and was supposed to pickup her kids this afternoon and did not. Girlfriend requested police get her house key from man. Police retrieved the key and girlfriend will pick it up. Alleged victim became very belligerent when told his girlfriend thinks he’s lying. Told to either behave or leave the lobby. He chose to leave.

5:15 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance, Hillberg Avenue. Landlord states somebody allegedly broke into his apartment building and is living in the basement. Landlord believes they are in there now and is out front in a pickup waiting for police. Brandon Smith, 28, of Brockton, was arrested and charged with felony B&E of a building in the daytime and malicious destruction of property under $250.

5:59 p.m. Disturbance by a family, Dover Street. Caller reports aunt allegedly came over screaming and yelling. Caller alleges this is an everyday thing. Lots of yelling in the background. Sandra Barbosa, 31, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

6:14 p.m. Overdose, Bradford Street. Caller reports female possibly overdosed on pills.

6:22 p.m. Disturbance, Summer Street. Caller reports out-of-control 15-year-old child has barricaded herself in the room and caller can smell smoke. Unknown if the child is trying to burn the house down. Police dispatched to the scene. Report taken.

8:49 p.m. Disturbance by a drunk, Texas Road House, 124 Westgate Dr. Caller reports a shutoff drunk female is causing a disturbance and refuses to leave. Party left prior to arrival.

9:55 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner, N. Main Street and Lansdowne Street. Eric P. Monteiro, 25, was arrested and charged with unlawfully carrying a firearm, defacing a fire arm serial number, speeding, number plate violation, failure to stop or yield, miscellaneous MV equipment violations and unlawful possession of ammunition.

11:15 p.m. A&B in progress, Pisces Kitchen, 820 Main St. Large brawl of males and females. No weapons seen. Under investigation.

THURSDAY, JANUARY 27, 2011

9:30 a.m. B&E in progress, Forest Avenue. Caller states her ex-boyfriend allegedly broke into her apartment and is asleep in her bed. Caller also reports alleged suspect has a 209a order against him. She is at the neighbor’s house. Anthony B. Taylor Jr., 25, of Brockton was charged with felony breaking and entering a building at nighttime malicious destruction of property over $250 and retaliatory violation of an abuse prevention order.

10:59 a.m. Code enforcement, Sylvester Street. Caller reports neighbor shoveling snow into roadway. Police report a minor amount of snow in the street and the neighbor is in the process of clearing it. Police informed the man if police received another call a ticket would be issued.

12:22 p.m. A&B in progress, Belmont Avenue. Caller states he was attacked by a man with a shovel. Man is walking up West Elm Street toward West Street. Man is white, about 5-feet, 6 inches, in his mid-20s wearing a stocking cap and gray pants. Matter investigated. No further information.

2:15 p.m. Check suspicious motorist, Welsford Street. Caller reports a maroon Crown Victoria outside her house being suspicious. Caller states she has seen the car before. Two males inside. Police charged Scott Brian Engle, 29, with fugitive from justice without a warrant.

4:19 p.m. Disturbance by a drunk, Haverhill Street. Drunk male party out front causing a disturbance. Man brought to Goddard Road.

5:10 p.m. Disturbance by a family, Saunders Street. Father allegedly threatening to do bodily harm. No weapons involved. Caller also reports 15-year-old stepson is yelling and “starting up again.” Second time this week. Jonathan Akuaku, 34, of Brockton was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon.

5:37 p.m. Disturbance, Warren Avenue. Caller reports she lives on the second floor and cannot get in her driveway because the third floor tenants have guests parked in the driveway. Caller reports she asked the third floor tenants to move the vehicles and they threatened to shoot her. Police report both sides were interviewed and problem stems from a dispute over parking spaces in the driveway that has been made worse because of all the snow. Both parties agreed to try and be more respectful and move cars when needed. Third floor tenant contacted the owner of the house who is enroute to rectify the matter.

7:15 p.m. Larceny investigation, Brockton Mini Mart, 139 Pleasant St. Caller reports black male stole 3 or 4 sandwiches.

8:20 p.m. Domestic violence call, Drew Avenue. A 14-year-old caller reports her brother is allegedly hitting everyone in the house. Police arrested and charged a 16-year-old male with four counts of assault and battery and threat to commit crime.

8:27 p.m. Domestic violence call. Hervey Street. Caller reports her brother allegedly hit her and put her in a headlock. Richard Boria, 34, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery.
9:17 p.m. 911 Hangup, Stillman Avenue. Getting voice mail on call back. Second call from party states her ex-boyfriend allegedly broke into her house and broke her TV, house phone and other items when she asked him to leave. Suspect has since left the property. Jeffrey Napoleon, 25, of Brockton was charged with felony B&E in the nighttime, assault, witness intimidation, three counts of malicious destruction of property over $250, and two counts of malicious destruction of property under $250.

9:25 p.m. Domestic violence call. Turner Street. Caller states her sister’s boyfriend allegedly is in the apartment beating her sister. Caller states he allegedly has a knife. Caller reports boyfriend also attacked the caller and there is a 2-year-old child in the apartment. Police arrested and charged Trevor Cargill, 21, of Boston, with A&B with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery, witness intimidation and kidnapping.

9:26 p.m. A&B with a dangerous weapon—a knife, Brockton Hospital, 680 Centre St. Hospital reports a 31-year-old man came in with a stab wound. Party came in at about 8 p.m. Unknown where stabbing took place.

10:04 p.m. A&B with a dangerous weapon—a gun, Brockton Hospital, 680 Centre St. Hospital reports a party in room 11 has a gunshot wound to the leg.

10:20 Larceny investigation, A.J. Wright, 544 Westgate Dr. Caller reports two employees caught stealing.

10:46 p.m. Officer has a prisoner, Haverhill and Turner Street. Jeanne Marie Mercurio, 50, of Brockton was charged with sexual conduct for a fee and default warrant.
