7:19 a.m. B&E investigation. Montello Street. Caller states someone kicked in the door last night and broke in and not sure what they took.

9:14 a.m. Domestic violence call. Thurber Avenue. Caller is outside with 2-year-old and his girlfriend is refusing to give him his car keys and he needs to take the child to school. Valerie Lebrun, 33, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

1:16 a.m. M/V pursuit on Dover Street & Manomet Street. Christopher Telemarque, 18, of Brockton was charged with reckless operation of motor vehicle, failure to stop for police, unlicensed operation of motor vehicle, receiving stolen motor vehicle, possession of burglarious instruments, resisting arrest, disturbing the peace and assault with dangerous weapon. Juvenile arrest of a 14-year-old for disturbing the peace and receiving stolen property over $250.
4:32 a.m. Animal complaint. Saturn Visions Studios Photo & Video, 630 Montello St. Two raccoons fell through ceiling and is now inside studio. Animal Control responded and unable to get raccoons, but raccoons were able to go back into ceiling and out.

10:03 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. Canterbury Arms- 349 North Pearl St. Car broken into.

12:06 p.m. Domestic violence call. Davis Commons, 165 Carl Ave. Caller states that girlfriend allegedly destroyed her house, threw a chair at her and punched and scratched her. Kenia Valentin, 22, of Roxbury was charged with A&B and malicious destruction of property under $250. Lanika Brewington, 27, of Brockton was summonsed with A&B.

12:25 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. Nye Avenue. Caller would like female removed. Jerry Michaud, 47, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

3:53 p.m. Domestic violence call. North Montello Street. Caller states her daughter just called her stating that she is allegedly being beaten up and choked by her boyfriend "Mikey." Miguel Perez, 22, of Boston was charged with attempted murder, A&B, threatening to commit a crime and intimidation of a witness.

4:44 p.m. Assault & battery investigation. Roslyn Road. Caller states that his neighbor who lives in the yellow house next door just came over and allegedly walked in his house and hit him in the face. Alice Yuscavitch, 58, of Brockton was charged with A&B and felony B&E a building during the daytime.

4:54 p.m. Assault & battery investigation. Glendale Avenue. Caller states that on 5/19/11 her boyfriend allegedly assaulted her and the baby. James King, 31, of Brockton was summonsed for 2 counts of A&B, reckless endangerment to children under 18 and intimidation of a witness.

7:28 p.m. Suspicious activity. Fernandez Family Liquor, 127 Pleasant St. Vincent Gamble, 45, of Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace, resisting arrest, A&B on police officer and open and gross lewdness.

8:19 p.m. Domestic violence call. Dorn Davies Senior Center, 1380 Main St. Caller reports that her boyfriend allegedly threw her around the apartment and put holes in her walls. Jack Osborne, 55, of Brockton was charged with A&B and malicious destruction of property under $250.

9:44 p.m. Domestic violence call. Prince Street. Reggie A. Bonilla, 29, of Brockton was charged with A&B and assault with dangerous weapon.

12:40 a.m. Domestic violence call. Thayer Avenue. Kevin Burke, 51, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

3:21 a.m. Disturbance. Rockland Street. Caller states her 3 daughters are out front arguing and one of them is allegedly very drunk. Melany Carvalho, 21, of Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon.

7:09 a.m. Disturbance. Habit Management Institute, 180 Centre St. White male wearing a red sweatshirt and arguing with white female. Caller states they are trying to hit one another. Police report taken.

11:34 a.m. Larceny investigation. Home Depot, 715 Crescent St. White male in late 20s wearing a blue jacket, tan hat and jeans attempted to take 3 batteries worth $119, but made off with only 1 battery in a tan Honda Accord.

12:52 p.m. Violation of 209A investigation. Frankton Avenue. Caller has been allegedly receiving calls from Stephanie Afonso and there is an active 209A. Stephanie Afonso, 45, of Brockton was charged with violation of harassment prevention order.

3:48 p.m. Malicious damage to M/V on Plain Street.

5:44 p.m. Disturbance. Brockton Housing Authority, 45 Goddard Road. Large commotion on the 2nd floor. One victim age 51 taken to Brockton Hospital ER. Joseph Bukin, 38, of Brockton was charged with 2 counts of A&B with dangerous weapon, A&B on a person 60-plus or disabled with injury, and local warrant.

5:46 p.m. Road rage. Oak Street & Battles Street. Caller was at the intersection of Oak and Battles when a male in a silver Pontiac cut her off. She flashed her lights and beeped her horn and at this point all 3 male passengers got out of the Pontiac and came at her M/V, trying to punch out her driver's side window and get at her. She managed to speed off and pull into 180 Oak Street.

6:27 p.m. Violation of 209A order in front of 907 Main Street. Callers states she has a 209A against her ex-boyfriend and he allegedly just pulled up in a car while she was out walking with her daughter. Joao H. Carvalho, 36, of Brockton was charged with violating abuse prevention order.

7:45 p.m. M/V accident with injuries. Lynn Road. Frank James Brown, 22, of Brockton was charged with OUI liquor, reckless operation of motor vehicle, marked lanes violation and speeding.

11:29 p.m. A&B dangerous weapon investigation. A Plus Insurance, 561 Main St. State Police report that security guard was shot at by unknown party from one of the buildings near Williams Place. Under police investigation.

12:19 a.m. Malicious damage to motor vehicle on Wilmington Street.

1:00 a.m. Assault & Battery in progress. Soares Club, 1002 Main Street. Large fight inside & out. Caller states possible weapons, but could not give any info. Everyone dispersed upon our arrival.

4:25 a.m. B&E in progress. Glen Avenue. Caller states someone just allegedly broke her house window and thinks they are trying to get in the house. Stacey A. Herbert, 36, of Taunton, was summonsed for destruction of property over $250.

7:32 a.m. B&E motor vehicle investigation. National Grid, 161 Mulberry St. Stolen computer from one of the trucks.

9:14 a.m. Domestic violence call. Hovendon Avenue. Father and son allegedly fighting. Jeremias C. Moniz Jr., 20, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

12:34 p.m. B&E investigation. Blaine Street. Someone broke into the house and "stole lots of things." Police report taken.

1:45 p.m. B&E in progress. Cottage Street & Belmont Street. Mike Maldonado, 32, of Brockton was charged with B&E vehicle/boat during daytime for a felony and theft from motor vehicle.

5:37 p.m. M/V stop. Richmond Street & North Warren Avenue. Edward J. Cunneen, 30, of Brockton was charged with OUI drugs, OUI liquor, reckless operation of motor vehicle, failure to stop for police, reckless endangerment to children under 18, disturbing the peace and selling flammable children’s sleepwear.

8:53 p.m. Malicious damage investigation. Belmont Street. Caller states male party by the name of Jamal Blackwell allegedly just broke her window. Jamal Blackwell, 35, of Brockton was summonsed for malicious destruction of property under $250 and assault with dangerous weapon.

8:13 a.m. Larceny investigation. National Grid, 100 East Ashland St. Laptop taken from truck sometime during the night.

10:33 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. Bourne Street. Unknown suspect broke into a gray 2010 Toyota Camry and stole GPS and keys.

11:15 a.m. 911 unknown emergency. Tribou Street. Caller states her sister's boyfriend who was removed last night is allegedly back and not leaving and holding sister in hallway. Adrian V. Watson, 41, of Miami, Fla., was charged with A&B.

12:35 p.m. Larceny of M/V. Madrid Square. The caller was working at Madrid Square by building #17 and unknown party stole dark gray GMC Sierra. The keys were left in the vehicle. OnStar located the vehicle at the T station on Spark Street.

1:28 p.m. Police officer has prisoner. Mathew J. Trieger, 17, of Brockton was charged with possession to distribute Class D drug and drug violation near school/park.

1:43 p.m. Road rage. 1753 Main St. Party was chased by another person in another vehicle. Party in the other car was throwing things at his car.

2:25 p.m. Police officer has prisoner. Brockton High School. Eric Pereira, 18, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

6:45 p.m. Domestic violence call. Kennedy Drive. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly assaulted her 20 minutes ago. Jerry Pinkney, 33, of Boston was charged with 2 counts of A&B.

8:23 p.m. Larceny investigation. Plain Street. Caller reports that gas fridge was stolen from the driveway.

8:38 p.m. Threats. See the complainant. Caller states his sister and her boyfriend were fighting and she left and now the caller is getting calls from the boyfriend who is allegedly saying if the girlfriend is in the house he will burn it down. Michael Brown, 42, of Taunton was summonsed for threatening to commit a crime.

9:02 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. Foster Street. Frederick Ford-Campbell, 32, of Brockton was charged with interfering with police officer in performance of duty, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, resisting arrest and A&B on police officer.

9:10 p.m. Assault & battery investigation. Clarence Street. Marie Sylvester, 21, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B and A&B with dangerous weapon.

4:41 a.m. Domestic violence call. Brett Street. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly hit her and this was the second time today and wants to see the police. Joao B. Martins, 52, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B and A&B with dangerous weapon.

2:02 a.m. Disturbance. Morabeza Restaurant & Pub, 581 Main St. Firearm seized from vehicle. Claudio Deandrade, 28, of Brockton was summonsed for possession of firearm without FID card and unlawful possession of ammunition.

2:12 a.m. M/V accident. Forest Avenue. Aristides G. Lobo, 33, of Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, threatening to commit a crime and Civil Rights violation. Humberto Depina, 27, of Pawtucket RI was charged with disturbing the peace and negligent operation of motor vehicle.

2:23 a.m. Disturbance. Warren Avenue. Glen Mumford, 44, of Attleboro was charged with disorderly conduct and trespassing.

3:15 a.m. Domestic violence call. Upland Road. Tony Goncalves, 23, of Brockton was charged with A&B and intimidation of a witness.

11:31 a.m. Domestic violence call. Canterbury Arms, 349 North Pearl St. Joao Teixeira, 50, of Randolph was summonsed for A&B.

12:19 p.m. Domestic violence call. Peckham Avenue. Caller states she was allegedly assaulted last night by her baby's father. Caller stats he was drunk and she locked herself in the bedroom last night and he would not let her use the phone. She is now locked in the bathroom to call the police. Anthony L. Lyman, 49, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

3:49 p.m. Larceny investigation. Main Street. Caller is out front of the YMCA and wants to report a friend of hers allegedly stole $44 from her. Geoffrey Gouveia, 19, of Brockton was summonsed for larceny under $250.

4:06 p.m. Domestic violence call. Somerset Place. Girlfriend allegedly stabbed him in the hand. Holly Depina, 23, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B with a dangerous weapon.

6:05 p.m. Assist Fire or ambulance. North Montello Street. Fire called and stated they were dispatched for a male party with chest pains. When they arrived a male party was on the floor complaining of neck and back pain. Fire asked what happened and he allegedly stated "his girlfriend got jealous and twisted him all up." Natalina DePina, 29, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

6:11 p.m. A&B investigation. Belair Street. Caller states neighbor allegedly grabbed her 11-year-old son and assaulted him. Barbara Henderson, 65, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

8:58 p.m. Larceny investigation. Reservoir Street. Caller states that his car was broken into and radio stolen.

9:11 p.m. Larceny investigation. Reservoir Street. Caller states that her laptop was stolen from her vehicle.

1:35 a.m. Hit & run in progress. Centre Street. Red pick-up allegedly hit another car and left scene towards Main Street. Eric W. Kavanagh, 26, of Abington was charged with leaving the scene of property damage and false statement under penalty of perjury.

2:37 a.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. Tribou Street. 911 call from female to State Police states a male allegedly has a machete. When asked if she was injured, she mumbled "uh..huh." Reuben A. Bailey, 59, of Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon and intimidation of a witness.

4:58 a.m. Disturbance by a drunk. Brockton Hospital, 680 Centre St. Staff in the ER would like person removed. He is allegedly drunk and yelling. George A. Baker, 43, of Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct.

11:23 a.m. Larceny of M/V investigation. Warren Avenue. 1997 Honda Civic stolen.

11:29 a.m. Domestic violence call. Sinclair Road. Robert McDonald, 40, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B with a dangerous weapon.

4:46 p.m. Domestic violence call. Magoun Avenue. Caller states that her 20-year-old son is allegedly fighting with his uncle and believes her son has warrants. Nicholas Belcher, 25, of Brockton was charged with A&B, attempted murder, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and 2 foreign warrants.

8:55 p.m. Serve restraining order. Bates Road. Caller states suspect has allegedly violated his 209A order for the second time in a week by sending her a letter from Billerica House of Corrections where he is being held. Michael Taite, 30, of Billerica House of Corrections was summonsed for violating abuse prevention order.

3:02 a.m. Disturbance by a drunk. Westgate Hotel, 195 Westgate Dr. Security reports there is a fight on the third floor. Matter settled.

7:36 a.m. B&E motor vehicle. Amark Road. Vehicle ransacked and GPS taken.

9:18 a.m. B&E motor vehicle. Hillcrest Avenue. GPS taken.

10:09 a.m. Robbery. Legion Parkway. Female caller states a white male wearing gray pants and a black top took money from her while reaching in his pocket. She stated he said he would allegedly like to blast her. Sean D. Cornell, 25, of Brockton was charged with unarmed robbery and conspiracy to violate drug law. Krystal Lee Rizzo, 29, of Brockton was charged with distribution of Class E drug, conspiracy to violate drug law and drug violation near school/park. Meagan Loconte, 26, of Rockland was charged with conspiracy to violate drug law.

11:14 a.m. Welfare check. East Jr. High School, 464 Centre St. Male party passed out on the bleachers with Plymouth House of Corrections bracelet on his arm. Party transported to hospital.

3:38 p.m. Domestic violence call. BAT Bus Terminal, 10 Commercial St. Jean Gerard Dorvil, 35, of Brockton was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon on a child under 14, A&B, intimidation of a witness and threatening to commit a crime.

4:19 p.m. A&B investigation. Legion Parkway. Caller was assaulted near the Alamo and does not know the name of the female who allegedly attacked her, but has seen her before. Second call from Neighborhood Health Center, the victim is on the way to Good Samaritan Medical Center. Krystal Lee Rizzo, 29, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

8:31 p.m. M/V accident Harvard Street. Car hit parked truck. Luis Barbosa, 28, of Brockton was charged with OUI liquor 2nd offense, reckless operation of M/V, unlicensed operation of M/V and reckless endangerment to children under 18.

8:49 p.m. Disturbance. Warren Avenue. Jimmy Pierre-Louis, 33, of Randolph was charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.

11:56 p.m. Domestic violence investigation. Canterbury Arms, 349 North Pearl St. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly pushed her in car and assaulted her and has since left the apartment. Joao Teixeira, 50, of Randolph was charged with A&B.

12:47 a.m. Malicious damage investigation. Parker Street. Friend just came over and smashed window. Argument over dogs.

2:08 a.m. B&E motor vehicle investigation. French Avenue. Glass broke and car open.

1:44 p.m. Police officer has prisoner. Kessler Morency, 23, of Brockton was charged with unarmed robbery, possession to distribute Class B drug and violation near school/park.

1:59 p.m. Arson & bombing. Ellsworth Street. Caller states someone set fire to a car in the driveway that caused damage to the car and home.

3:27 p.m. Domestic violence investigation. Colonel Bell Drive. Caller states that she slept over her boyfriend/baby's father's house last night on Grafton Street and this morning on her way home in the car he allegedly got upset that she was complaining that she was hungry and allegedly slapped her. Caller states she slapped him back and he kept slapping her until they got to Colonel Bell Drive. Caller states he parked, opened the door, and told her to get out of his car. She said he also threw his cup of coffee at her. Caller states she is 2 1/2 months pregnant. Anthony Jose Vicente, 20, of Brockton was charged with A&B and witness intimidation.

4:05 p.m. Assault & battery in progress. West Harvard Street. Caller states a group of females looking to fight with daughter. Numerous calls coming in about people fighting. Fourth caller from Grafton states 3 car loads of kids just pulled up. Caller states male party in the blue van pulled out a gun and he is leaving heading up towards Belmont Street. Under police investigation.

5:11 p.m. Man with a gun. Colonel Bell Drive. Caller states 2 males in hallway are arguing and someone told her one of them has a gun. State Police received a call from a male from the same address and he stated a male pulled a gun and knife on him. They left in a black Honda heading down Belair Street. Adilson Lopes, 31, of Brockton was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon. Anthony Jose Vicente, 20, of Brockton was charged with intimidation of a witness, assault with dangerous weapon, threatening to commit a crime, disturbing the peace and resisting arrest.

3:59 a.m. Assault & battery investigation. Hess Gas Station, 261 North Main St. Male party just walked into gas station bleeding and eye swollen. States he had been beaten. Ambulance sent and police report taken.

6:03 a.m. Malicious damage to motor vehicle on North Leyden Street. Tires slashed and police report taken.

8:56 a.m. Domestic violence call. Pine Avenue. Caller states baby's father allegedly assaulted her. Derrick Barros, 24, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

9:24 a.m. Larceny investigation, CVS, 316 North Pearl St. Caller states female in a silver Nissan Altima just stole several bottles of perfume and fled in unknown direction.

9:44 a.m. B&E in progress. Talbot Street. Caller states there is a female allegedly trying to break in the house and she is in the rear and behind the shed. Kaitlyn M. Walker, 25, of Dedham was charged with felony B&E building in the daytime.

12:21 a.m. 911 hang up at 7-Eleven, 662 Belmont St. 7-Eleven called back to report 3 males who were trying to shoplift pulled a knife on the employee. Juvenile arrest of a 16-year-old for A&B with dangerous weapon, shoplifting by asportation, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.

2:35 a.m. Domestic violence call. Pleasant Street. Caller states 3rd floor tenants are fighting and states she can hear female screaming to "Get off me", "Get your hands off me." Jean David, 33, of Brockton was charged with A&B and assault with dangerous weapon.

3:19 a.m. Motor vehicle stop. Montello Street & Church Street. Amilcar E. Reverdes, 34, of Brockton was charged with OUI liquor, M/V operator refusing to identify self, improper operation of motor vehicle and operating M/V with license revoked.

5:20 a.m. Assault & battery with dangerous weapon. North Leyden Street. Caller states boyfriend/husband has been stabbed. Victim at Brockton Hospital ER with lower abdomen stab wounds. Eddie Hernandez, 19, of Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon. Talia Ford, 20, of Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon. Wilbur Wilson, 29, of Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon. Oduardo Furet-Antomarchi, 41, of Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon.

6:30 a.m. Welfare check.Supreme House of Pizza, 376 Center St. Caller reports a white female wearing shorts is sleeping up against the building. Caller asked her if she needed a ride and child stated no. Juvenile arrest of a 16-year-old for local warrant and possession to distribute Class B drug.

9:08 a.m. Malicious damage to motor vehicle. North Montello Street. Two tires slashed. Victoria Lynne Babcock, 19, of East Bridgewater was summonsed for malicious destruction of property over $250.

5:10 p.m. Robbery. Hillstrom Park, North Cary Street. Caller states he was allegedly robbed and assaulted as he walked through the park. Darren E. Pelland, 22, of Brockton was charged with armed robbery and intimidation. Ronald La Combe, 22, of Brockton was charged with armed robbery, intimidation and threatening to commit a crime.

8:16 p.m. Assault & battery in progress. West Park Street. Male allegedly just hit female and dragged her into house. Norma I. Colon, 47, of Brockton was summonsed with 2 counts of A&B.

1:38 a.m. Disturbance at Joe Angelo's Cafe & Deli- 11 Crescent Street. Police respond. Cleared. No action.

2:15 a.m. Shoplifting. 7-Eleven. 662 Belmont St. About 20 people in the store and causing problems. Someone shoplifted and they have the license plate. Nueny K.Garcia, 30, of Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, trespassing and interfering with police office in performance of duty. Samir Garcia, 31, of Brockton was charged with trespassing, disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct. Adalberto T. Andrade, 25, of Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct, trespassing and disturbing the peace.

2:16 a.m. A&B investigation. East Main Street. Caller states there is a group of teens outside the house being loud and states his 16-year-old-daughter went outside and one of the parties assaulted her.

2:47 a.m. A&B investigation. Weston Street. Female named Latoya was assaulted and she wouldn't say by whom. Her eye and lip are injured. Ambulance sent and police report taken.

11:21 a.m. Car fire. 750 East St. Fire department on the way and vehicle towed.

1:53 p.m. Assist fire or ambulance. 102 Pleasant St. Fire is out with a party that is unconscious and they are having a hard time with 2 other people. Michael James Limburg, 35, of Brockton was charged with interfering with firefighter, assault and disorderly conduct.

2:59 p.m. Malicious damage to motor vehicle. Dover Street. Parked out front and windows smashed. Police report taken.

9:45 p.m. Assault & battery with dangerous weapon on Hillberg Avenue. Jennifer Capodilupo, 28, of Taunton was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon.

Gomes, 23, of Brockton was charged with 2 counts of unlawful carry of a firearm, 2 counts of unlawful possession of ammunition, conspiracy to violate drug law, possession of Class B drug, possession of Class A drug and 2 counts of receiving stolen property over $250.

7:35 a.m. Robbery investigation at Trinity Catholic Academy, 37 Erie Ave. Counselor states one of their students had a bus pass taken from them at the BAT Bus Terminal yesterday afternoon. He states the bus pass was demanded from the student and they gave the pass to the suspect. Police report taken.

10:38 a.m. Medical emergency. Harbor One Credit Union. 68 Legion Parkway. Jane Doe transported to Brockton Hospital ER. She accidentally swallowed a piece of a pen cap while sitting inside the bank.

3:43 p.m. Domestic violence call. Stillman Avenue. Caller states baby's father allegedly tried to kill her with a knife in her kitchen. Yves Paul, 51, of Roslindale was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, A&B and threatening to commit a crime.
6:09 p.m. Domestic violence call. Merton Street. Ricky Whigham, 24, of Brockton was charged with A&B and threatening to commit a crime.

6:16 p.m. Welfare check in the area of 680 Centre St. Caller states a white female came up to her car while stopped and banged on her window and asked to call 911 because her boyfriend hit her. Caller states her boyfriend pulled up in a blue Ford Explorer and pulled the woman into the car. Last seen heading on Center Street toward city center. Area searched and nothing located. Easton PD notified.

7:33 p.m. Assault & battery investigation. Weston Street. Caller's 29-year-old-daughter was allegedly beat up by ex-boyfriend's new girlfriend and has a cut on her hand and father believes she needs stitches. Vincent Gamble, 45, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B with dangerous weapon.

8:35 p.m. Police Officer has prisoner. Marvin V. Hill, 22, of Brockton was charged with possession to distribute Class B drug, default warrant, 2 counts of unlawful carrying of a firearm, 2 counts of unlawful carrying of ammunition, 2 counts of receiving stolen property over $250, conspiracy to violate drug laws, possession of Class A drug and possession of Class B drug.

2:39 a.m. Larceny of motor vehicle. Battles Street. Caller states that 2 males just stole her silver 1998 Honda Civic. Last seen going towards Battles Farm Drive. Police report taken.

6:27 a.m. Larceny in progress at Spiegel Paper Recycling, 166 East Ashland St. Caller stated he saw a gray vehicle take off from a city owned lot with a bunch of copper. Caller gave police license plate number. Called Randolph PD and want to talk to owner of vehicle.

3:28 p.m. M/V accident. Ash Street. Black male fled on foot toward Hilber Avenue. Party in custody and motor vehicle was stolen. Damage to fence and motor vehicle. Juvenile arrest of a 16-year-old for receiving stolen motor vehicle, resisting arrest, A&B on a police officer, unlicensed operation of M/V and leaving the scene of property damage.

8:46 p.m. B&E home attempted. Errol Road. Alarm system alerted caller that someone was trying to get in the back door while they were home. Damage to door frame was observed and appeared someone was trying to pry the door open. Police report taken and area will be patrolled.

8:47 p.m. Assist other agency at the Avon line. 1100 North Montello St. Avon Beer and Wine was just robbed by a white male about 5'10 and wearing a ski mask. Dark jacket and used a long kitchen knife. Last seen near the dance studio.

8:48 p.m. Suspicious person in the area of the Downey School, 55 Electric Ave. Three teen girls hanging out behind the school stated that an older white male in his 50's maybe gray hair, mustache and beard. He was driving a white 2-door pick-up truck, and asked them " What are you silly girls doing?" They ran toward Electric Avenue and he then said to them, "Ok I am leaving." He drove off. Notified school police.

8:57 p.m. Motor vehicle stop. 722 Belmont St. Michael Hodge, 20, of Brockton was charged with possession to distribute Class D drug and drug violation near school/park.

9:59 p.m. Gunshots call at Howard Street & North Main Street. Big party in the vicinity of 50-55 Howard Street and people running everywhere. Suspect described as male in his 20's and black short-sleeve Polo shirt style and white striped jeans. Police report taken.

9:26 a.m. Open and gross behavior call. Ford Street. Caller reports a gray Honda with a male inside wearing a baseball cap is playing with himself. Matter settled. Person was just texting.

11:11 a.m. Larceny in progress. Nemo's Carry All Market, 572 North Main St. Male party inside allegedly trying to cash bad checks. He just ran out of the store and up Battles and down Bunker Avenue. Paul Lescault, 21, of Abington was summonsed for attempting to commit a crime and uttering a false check.
