3:42 a.m. 911 hang up at 35 Walnut St., Apt #2. Female caller states there is a domestic in front of 37 Walnut St. Raymond Richardson, 42, 9 Hannon St., Apt. #10, Boston was charged with A&B on police officer, violate abuse prevention order, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, A&B on police officer and assault. Shamika Burnett, 29, 35 Walnut St., Apt. # 2nd, Brockton was summonsed for A&B.
6:11 a.m. B&E in progress at 13 River St., Apt. #1st. Caller states her sister lives at above location and she called her sister and said a male party allegedly was climbing in the window. She thinks it may be her sister’s exboyfriend. Jose Rodriguez, 27, 20 River St., Apt #1, Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

8:40 a.m. B&E motor vehicle investigation at 32 Third St. Back window of car smashed and GPS taken.

9:13 a.m. Shoplifting at Shaw’s Supermarket, 641 Belmont St. Two high schools students shoplifting. Officer dropped off 2 students at Brockton High School and school will handle the situation. Charges will not be pressed.

1:51 a.m. Disturbance by a family at 204 Arthur Paquin Way. Caller states her boyfriend is allegedly drunk and causing a problem. States he is throwing things around. Darrel Smith, 55, 204 Arthur Paquin Way, Brockton was charged with 2 counts of A&B.

3:47 a.m. Hit & run in progress at Hess Gas Station, 261 North Main St. Female driver allegedly hit the pump and took off. Jennifer L. Marinucci, 47, 53 Rochelle St., Apt. #A, Brockton was summonsed for leaving the scene of property damage.

9:59 a.m. Disturbance at 217 Montello St. & 116 Crescent St. Michelle Harding, 42, 54 North Main St., Brockton was charged with 3 foreign warrants.

1:18 p.m. Suspicious person at 60 Main St. & 1 Legion Parkway. Jose Plaza, 25, 162 Warren Ave., Apt. #8, Brockton was charged with city ordinance violation.

1:35 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at 176 North Main St. & 1 Wyman St. John W. Kyne, 61, 880 County St., Apt. #B2, New Bedford was charged with operating M/V with license suspended, M/V operator refuse to identify self and 2 default warrants.
1:44 p.m. Code enforcement at 103 Brentwood Ave. Van in the side yard up on jacks with front wheel missing and not registered. It appears they are running a transport company out of the home in a residential area.

1:50 p.m. Code enforcement at 335 East St. Spoke to person who claims he has been to court before and he don't care. It’s his yard and he can do what he wants. Junk and debris all over the yard. Possibly some sort of repair business. Will send a letter asking Board of Health to do the same.

2:06 p.m. Code enforcement at 275 East St. Junk all over the yard and cars. Will get Board of Health to send letter.

2:48 p.m. Larceny investigation. Joshua M. Murphy, 22, 10 Foster St., Apt. #1, Brockton was summonsed for larceny over $250 and larceny under $250 by false pretense.

3:00 p.m. B&E in progress at 213 Battles Farm Drive. Three males allegedly broke the window to the house and it looked like they were trying to get in. Juvenile arrests of two 15-year-olds and a 14-year-old. All charged with felony B&E building day time, larceny over $250, attempting to commit a crime and wanton destruction of property under $250.

3:14 p.m. Code enforcement at Pisces Kitchen, 820 Main St. At the request of the License Commission went back to Pisces Kitchen that does not have a legal kitchen and photographed where 2 illegal video poker machines were located. Alex Strangis testified under oath that there were no plugs on the wall. Photographed 2 right in the location of the former machines. They both don't have covers and will send notice via the Fire Department to make safe.

5:41 p.m. Domestic violence call at 225 Grove St. Brother allegedly hit her in the face and is still there.
Tyler David Lawson, 19, 225 Grove St. Apt. #1, Brockton was charged with A&B and threatening to commit a crime.

9:50 p.m. Domestic violence call at 63 Ellis St., Apt. #3. Caller states her 27-year-old brother allegedly hit her in the neck. Victor Pina, 27, 63 Ellis St., Apt. #3, Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

6:20 a.m. Police officer has prisoner. Jason W. Donoghue, 34, 15 Belair St., Apt. #15, Brockton was charged with local warrant.

9:00 a.m. Disturbance at 101 Hillberg Ave. Lisha Antoine, 31, 101 Hillberg Ave., Apt. #3, Brockton was summonsed for threatening to commit a crime.

8:07 a.m. Malicious damage motor vehicle at 32 Owens Ave. Caller's car was keyed last night. Plymouth County BCI notified for photos.

9:00 a.m. Disturbance at 101 Hillberg Ave., Apt. #1. Tenant allegedly arguing with caller. Lisha Antoine, 31, 101 Hillberg Ave., Apt. #3, Brockton was summonsed for threatening to commit a crime.

9:06 a.m. Malicious damage to motor vehicle at 209 Battles Farm Drive. Car has damage to it.

10:10 a.m. Domestic violence investigation at 222 Forest Ave. Caller states exboyfriend allegedly damaged her bathroom and grabbed her by the neck. Kyle Anthony Sullivan, 22, 27 Oakdale St., Brockton was charged with A&B and intimidation of witness.

10:24 a.m. Code enforcement at 317 Howard St. Someone dumped a bunch of debris on his property. Took pictures for future reference.

1:00 p.m. Code enforcement at Spiegel Truck and Auto Parts, 212 North Cary St. Inspection for license renewal. They state they are not open for business despite trucks coming in with stuff in tow. They do not have their license posted and state they have no wall to post it on. Asked for the used vehicle record book and was told "we are not open yet" as trucks are bringing in vehicles right before my eyes. Noticed a bunch of BAT buses on the lot that were purchased at auction last week so they are new intakes. No book, no license and ended inspection. Will report back to the License Commission on findings.

1:45 p.m. Threats see the complainant at Lisa Drive. Caller is in the lobby and she has been threatened by her 16-year-old daughter. She stated her daughter is at above and she is afraid to go home. Caller would like an officer to speak with her daughter regarding threats. Juvenile arrest of a 16-year-old for threatening to commit a crime and malicious destruction of property under $250.

2:45 p.m. Narcotic violation in progress at 11 Crescent St. Party using heroin in vehicle. Police investigate and matter settled.

2:55 p.m. Larceny/ Fraud/Forgery at CVS, 316 North Pearl St. Two prescriptions stolen and same person using different names. Under police investigation.

3:20 p.m. Robbery in the vicinity of 150 Cherry St. Caller is an 11 year old and states 3 boys from his school that walk home with him just pushed him down and stole his phone. Caller will be waiting and he doesn't know where they live.

4:19 p.m. Keep the peace at 19 Dutchland Ave. Caller states his 37-year-old son is allegedly making threats and refusing to give him the modem. Samuel Prescott, 37, 19 Dutchland Ave., Brockton was summonsed for threatening to commit a crime.

4:59 p.m. Gunshots call in the vicinity of 2001 Main St. Offduty police officer heard 10 shots followed by five more. Sounded like it was north or northeast of that location. Unable to give a better location due to the echo.

8:22 p.m. Man with a gun at 129 Florence St. Caller just got out of his car and he was approached by 3 males. All 3 on bikes and one of the males pulled out a gun and attempted to steal the caller's phone. The caller pushed them away and ran into the house. They fled on their bikes toward Warren Avenue.

10:07 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at 72 Milton St. & 159 Prospect St. Bruce M. Gomes, 24, 16 Battles St., Apt. #1, Brockton was charged with no inspection sticker, OUI liquor, improper turn, and assault. Louis Gomes, 26, 28 Battles St., Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace and interfering with police officer in performance of duty.

8:26 a.m. Assault & battery in progress at 10 Brook St. Caller states a female from 10 Brook Street was allegedly fighting with a female from the next house in the middle of the street. Alicia Eggleston, 43, 10 Brook St., Apt. #1, Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

9:38 a.m. Alarm--hold-up at Sovereign Bank, 25 Torrey St. Silver SUV headed east on West Elm Street are two suspects, both white males and took a turn somewhere on the side streets. BCI notified and police report taken.

11:00 a.m. Code enforcement at MO's Sneakers and Clothing, 117 Legion PKWY. Spoke to them about the false alarms.

1:47 p.m. Code enforcement at Luando Cabo Verde Refreshments, 453 Centre St. License Commission inspection for an increase of license until 2 a.m.

2:02 p.m. Code enforcement at The Enterprise Club, 224 Clinton St. License Commission inspection due because they would like to change license so they can serve alcohol on Sundays at 10 a.m.

3:40 p.m. Code enforcement-Hot Sheet. A couple of school girls stopped me and wanted to make a complaint about a man in the vicinity of 144 Perkins Ave. They stated a Cape Verdean male does weird things around them. He moves his car and he is in line with the girls when they get off the bus. He sees them and he starts to play his guitar, he follows them and drives back and forth in his car so he can look at them. Passed along to school police.

6:19 p.m. Domestic violence call at 542 Pleasant St. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly beat her up. Daniel Swanson, 41, 73 Hemlock Lane, Halifax was summonsed for A&B with dangerous weapon, A&B, malicious destruction of property over $250 and intimidation of a witness.

6:27 p.m. Police officer has prisoner. Josephine Sanchez, 22, 37 Great Brook Valley, Apt. #4, Worcester was charged with sexual conduct for a fee.

10:13 a.m. Malicious damage investigation at 38 Glenwood Square. Three tires slashed and the suspect allegedly texted the caller to inform her it was done.

1:59 p.m. 911 unknown emergency at 18 Marion St. State Police received a call from a screaming female stating her dad and brother were allegedly fighting. Corey Albanese, 19, 18 Marion St., Apt. #3, Brockton was charged with A&B.

8:26 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at 777 Belmont St. Travis Hart, 22, 439 Beech 59th St., Apt. #5B, New York, N.Y., was charged with operating M/V with license suspended and failure to stop/yield.

2:57 a.m. A&B dangerous weapon investigation at Brockton Hospital, 680 Centre St. Caller states male walked in with a gun shot wound to his hand. BCI responded for photos of victim and car.

8:24 a.m. Serve warrant at 16 Elm Circle. Anthony Brown, 50, 16 Elm Circle, Brockton was charged with common & notorious thief, common receiver, 2 counts of receiving stolen property over $250, felony B&E building day time, possession of burglarious instruments, possession of Class E drug, and receiving stolen property over $250.

9:13 a.m. Assault & battery in progress at 873 North Main St. Caller states her roommate and neighbor have allegedly assaulted her. Caller states her neighbor allegedly scratched her and bit her finger. Fioriny Evora, 30, 875 North Main St., Apt. #3N, Brockton was charged with A&B. 7:56 a.m. Police officer has prisoner. Anthony J. Vicente, 21, 310 Grafton St., Brockton was charged with trafficking in heroin/morphine/opium, unlawful possession of a large capacity feeding device, unlawful possession or transfer of a firearm--rifle or shotgun, unlawful possession of ammunition, improper storage of large capacity firearm, and felon in possession of large capacity firearm.

11:49 a.m. Larceny in progress at Dunkin’ Donuts, 66 Montello St. Caller states a female allegedly just stole her friend’s phone and they have her on tape. This happened at the shop and caller states her friend is on foot following the female. Margaret Hayes, 48, 26 Allen St., Apt. #1R, Brockton was charged with larceny over $250 and default warrant.

1:16 p.m. Sex offense. Raymond L. Joyner, 58, 9213 Avalon Drive, Weymouth was charged with fail to register as sex offender and 2 outstanding warrants.

3:06 p.m. Gunshots call at 637 North Main St. Back window of school bus shot out. Children on bus and ambulance sent.

4:42 p.m. B&E investigation at 352 Sully Road. Caller is real estate agent and states the house was broken into and all the copper pipes were taken.

6:26 p.m. Larceny investigation at CVS, 240 Oak St. Female took merchandise and fled in car and caller did not get plate.

8:23 p.m. Domestic violence call at 51 Hillberg Avenue. Brother is allegedly beating up girlfriend. Francisco Soto-Ramos, 20, 51 Hillberg Ave., Apt. #3, Brockton was charged with A&B.

10:17 p.m. Motor vehicle pursuit---began in West Bridgewater. Pursuit came from West Bridgewater on our Copeland Street. M/V failed to stop for police and they did not have any vehicle info. Last seen around Davids Street and Main Street.

11:18 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. Leonard Devinci Jean, 24, 391 Hyde Park Ave., Apt. #105, Roslindale was charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and interfering with police officer in performance of duty.

1:36 p.m. Alarm-hold-Up at Bank of America, 826 Belmont St. Hold up at the bank. White male about 5-feet, 7-inches with tan hat and dark tan jacket passed a note. No weapon shown and fled on foot to the right side of the building.

1:56 p.m. Code enforcement at CW Price, 200 Westgate Drive. Spoke to the manager about past due $700 alarm bill that has not allegedly been paid in a year.

1:57 p.m. Code enforcement at Arias Jewelers, 200 Westgate Drive. Spoke to them about past due alarm bill that is allegedly over a year old.

3:07 p.m. Larceny/forgery/fraud at CVS, 240 Oak St. Have a computerized prescription. They called the doctor and the prescription is allegedly phony. CVS has ID on male party. Kandise Kanelos, 25, 1A Marc Drive, Apt. #2A, Plymouth was summonsed for utter false document, forgery of document and utter false prescription.

3:56 p.m. Assault & battery in progress at Brockton Mobil Mart, 1012 Belmont St. Caller states a white male with long red hair in a black Focus ran a red light then spit at caller quite a few times and at his car. Second caller is a female and she states they are now fist fighting. She said send an ambulance. Peter A. Cheney, 20, 123 Turnpike St., West Bridgewater was summonsed for A&B, disturbing the peace, and affray. Eric Hilton, 35, 100 Perkins Ave., Brockton was summonsed for A&B, disturbing the peace, and affray.

6:17 a.m. B&E motor vehicle investigation at 272 Lynn Road. Stole a jacket and other items from car.

8:54 a.m. Malicious damage investigation at 95 Main St. Side window smashed on building.

9:29 a.m. Larceny of M/V investigation at 107 Denton Street Extension. 2003 Honda Civic stolen. Party alleges that the keys were stolen during a B&E while he was sleeping.

11:31 a.m. Larceny investigation at Calvary Cemetary. Caller put Christmas arrangement on husband’s grave and it was taken in less than 24 hours.

11:39 a.m. Rape investigation in the vicinity of Chatham West Drive. Caller stated that their teenage daughter reported to her that she has been raped by a family member. Police report taken.

11:48 a.m. Larceny in progress at 140 Howard St. Two black males just stole 3 bottles of wine and are heading on foot up Winter St.

1:05 p.m. Code Enforcement at Trader’s Mart, 712 Crescent St. Checking on what’s "hot" and what’s not.

3:16 p.m. Threats see the complainant at 20 Chester Ave. Caller states a female on the 2nd floor allegedly threatened her and told her she will get hers and caller states there was a raid there earlier.
Melissa A. Ohrenberger, 25, 20 Chester Ave., Apt. #2N, Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace, threatening to commit a crime, intimidate witness, conspiracy to violate drug law, drug violation near school/park, and possession to distribute Class D drug.
Michael Andrew Simeone, 22, 1907 Central St., Apt. #2, Stoughton was summonsed for possession to distribute Class D drug, drug violation near school/park, and conspiracy to violate drug law. Scott Maclary, 21, 23 Freeman St., Apt. #2, Stoughton was summonsed for possession to distribute Class D drug, drug violation near school/park, and conspiracy to violate drug law.

3:20 p.m. Domestic violence call at 203 Court St. Caller states her sister is allegedly trying to stab her with a knife. Caller is locked in the bathroom and sister allegedly broke one of the TVs. Ebony Shameese Jones, 24, 55 City Hall Square, Apt. #407, Brockton was summonsed for assault with dangerous weapon, malicious destruction of property over $250, and A&B dangerous weapon on child under 14.

5:01 p.m. Malicious damage in progress in the vicinity Sunset Avenue. Four teenage males were on Sunset and caller heard a smash and then they took off running onto Bernice Avenue. Caller had one of her windows smashed last night. Caller states her neighbor believes a gunshot just came through his window. Police report taken.

6:01 p.m. Violation of a 209A order at 37 Peterson Ave. James Kane, 44, 37 Peterson Ave., Brockton was summonsed for violation of abuse prevention order.

1:54 a.m. Domestic violence call at 52 Highland St., Apt. #2. Female states her ex-boyfriend allegedly stole her money and threw cups at her. Paul M. Ienello, 51, 52 Highland St., Brockton was charged with A&B.

12:11 p.m. Code enforcement at IDeal Styles, 365 Westgate Drive. 35 CDs were seized for alleged true name violation. This was part of an undercover operation conducted by the recording industry. They sent in an undercover operative some time ago and purchased 2 of the CDs for $10. Complaint filed.

3:09 p.m. Code enforcement at Igelsia Pentacostal Church, 225 Crescent St. Follow up on a dumping complaint from the church. They have 2 separate individuals on video tape illegally dumping in the back of the property. Attempted to convince the suspects to come to the station to discuss the matter and give them an opportunity to clean it up or compensate the church for cleaning it up. They never came in. Seeking illegal dumping complaints in Brockton District Court.

4:42 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance at Wizards Duel, 675 Centre St. Callers states there is a female who walked in the store and is allegedly swearing at children. She is refusing to leave. Susan J. 5:20 p.m. Domestic violence call at 52 Highland St. Caller states he came home and his girlfriend allegedly punched him in the mouth. Maureen E. Byrne, 46, 52 Highland St., Apt. #2, Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

8:59 p.m. Gunshots call in the vicinity of Green Street & Warren Avenue. Caller states someone took a shot at him. He is on Green Street behind the Stop & Gas. He states it was a silver car. Police report taken.

12:07 a.m. Man with a gun in the vicinity of 19 South St. Foot pursuit--male with a gun.

7:24 a.m. Disturbance at the Goddard School, 20 Union St. Staff states an 18-year-old student is allegedly out of control and they need the police. David Hamilton, 18, 100 Beal St., Hingham was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon, resisting arrest and disturbing the peace.

10:24 a.m. Road rage at Habit Management Institute, 180 Centre St. Female in a Jeep ran the caller off the road. Caller followed her to the above and the lad got out of the car swearing at the caller. Caller states she had a young child in the car. 51A filed and police report taken.

12:33 p.m. Code enforcement at 203 Keith Avenue Extension. Utility trailer expired on public way and blocking a sidewalk. It has a flat tire and is full of debris. It appears that someone is allegedly running a contracting business out of a residential property. The trailer is allegedly being used as a transfer station for debris coming in from jobs and is a direct violation of city ordinance. Spoke with the registered owner and explained to her why it was towed and citation was issued. She states the town gave her permission to park on the sidewalk. Could not tell me who.

12:54 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance at 507 Pleasant St. Drunk male allegedly still out front and passed out. Raymond M. Deneault, 48, 54 North Main St., Brockton was charged with trespassing.

1:21 p.m. Serve warrant at 39 Mass Ave. Joshua Thomas Vicente, 26, 39 Mass Ave., Brockton was charged with distribution Class D drug, drug violation near school/park, possession of firearm without FID card and unlawful possession of ammunition.

3:50 p.m. Police officer has prisoner. Jerry Santos, 27, 76 Colonel Bell Drive, Apt. #43, Brockton was charged with possession to distribute Class B drug, drug violation near school/park and M/V lights violation.

1:07 a.m. Disturbance at 823 Main St. Woodre Anthony Vincent, 22, 286 Green St., Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, malicious destruction of property over $250, and resisting arrest.

5:36 a.m. B&E M/V investigation at 6 Custer St. Caller went to vehicle and found Hispanic male sleeping inside vehicle. Suspect was wearing a gray hoodie and fled on foot.

7:27 a.m. Rape investigation at the Guardian Center. Caller states a resident states she was allegedly raped last night by one of the staff. Police report taken.

10:26 a.m. Disturbance at North Main Street & Pleasant Street. Nicholas Melo, 24, allegedly walked out into the middle of traffic causing a motor vehicle to slam on his brakes. He then began to yell at motorist. He did not use crosswalk light and was very hostile and belligerent when approached. The motor vehicle had right of way. Melo was issued a citation.

10:48 a.m. M/V accident at 201 North Montello St. Car hit parked truck. Thomas R. Shaffer, 53, 105 West Center St., Apt. #1, West Bridgewater was charged with OUI liquor 2nd offense, leaving scene of property damage, operating M/V with license suspended and marked lanes violation.

11:23 a.m. Code enforcement at 73 Banks St. Board of Health on scene. Six vehicles 72-hour tagged. Spoke to the owner who understood they have to be removed.

11:49 a.m. Code enforcement at 30 Banks St. Non-operational green pick-up truck 72-hour tagged by Board of Health. This vehicle has been tagged and towed in the past. Blocks under the wheels to keep from failing out of the driveway. Cab is full of junk and debris. Not registered and has not been since the summer.

12:21 p.m. Assault & battery in progress at D'angelos Sandwich Shop, 739 Belmont St. Two Hispanic male allegedly fighting in front of above. Parties have stopped fighting and the aggressor has now entered the shop and the victim has fled in a vehicle. Plate # given to police. Romeo M. 2:10 a.m. Welfare check. Laundry Mat, 120 Pleasant St. Male party lying on the ground wrapped in a blanket not moving. Drunk male transported by ambulance to Brockton Hospital ER.

7:35 a.m. Violation of 209A investigation. Stop & Shop, 932 N. Montello St. Caller has a 209A against a 46-year-old man who just came into her work on Friday the 25th and she wants to file a report. Alan Champion, 46, of 165 Davis St., Apt. 1, Quincy was charged with violation of abuse prevention order.

1:21 a.m. Police officer has a prisoner. 210 N. Main & 1 Rosseter St. Joy Wilson, 29, of 83 N. Main St., Apt. 47, Brockton was arrested and charged with sexual conduct for a fee and default warrant.

8:33 a.m. B&E attempted. 83 Upland Road. Caller states that 4 neighborhood kids tried to break into her home this morning while caller was at work. Caller’s mother was home and could hear them trying to break the window to get in. When they saw caller’s mother they took off running.

10:34 a.m. Larceny/forgery/fraud. 402 Chatham West Dr. James Puopolo, (birth date unavailable in report), 54 N. Main St., Brockton was charged with larceny over $250, forgery of check and utter false check.

12:30 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. Lynch’s Towing, 210 N. Carey St. Male party is allegedly arguing with worker and refusing to leave. Second call from the other party states his car was allegedly scratched and wants a report. Selem Termine, 47, of 27 Cleveland Ave., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with assault.

12:44 p.m. B&E in progress. 137 Hillberg Ave. Back and side door are open and basement window was kicked in. Unknown if anyone still inside. Caller and his wife are standing in driveway.

1:55 p.m. B&E in progress. 140 Lawrence St. See caller at front of house in blue van. Someone broke into caller’s house. Unknown if someone is still inside. Requests a car for walk through with caller.

2:55 p.m. Narcotics investigation. 7 Mystic St. Caller states she just entered the home of her recently deceased aunt and has found needles and crack cocaine all over the place. Police report no drugs, but a bunch of needles. Aided family in securing home and disposing of needles.

6:01 p.m. B&E investigate. 26 Kingman St., Apt. 1. Entry through bedroom window. Xbox and watches missing.

7:21 p.m. Fire, structure. 45 Battles Farm Dr. Kitchen fire. Brockton FD responding. No damage. Minor candle fire.

8:11 p.m. Gunshots call. 64 Winthrop St., Apt. 2. Caller reports boyfriend, 19-year-old Brent Wilmot just got shot. Fire en route. Victim states he was just shot in the leg by 3 males who were wearing masks. They fled on foot toward Main St.

10:02 p.m. B&E investigate. 26 Kingman St., Apt. 2. BCI reports that while at above location, on 1st, and second floor tenants report B&E. Entry through kicked in door and bedroom door. PlayStation and approximately $500 taken.

10:27 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. 40 Mulberry St. Brenda A. Rivera, 25, of 33 W. Elm St., Apt. 37, Brockton was charged with sexual conduct for a fee.

10:36 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. 1 River St. & 40 Emmet St. Jeanine Daley, 37, of 10 Marshall Road, Easton was charged with sexual conduct for a fee.

11:00 p.m. M/V stop. 235 E. Ashland St. Arrests made. Levar Robinson, 34, of 61 Wyman St., Brockton was charged with violation of abuse prevention order. Sarah Marie Blades, 30, of 62 Stillman Ave., Brockton was charged with unregistered M/V, uninsured M/V, and attaching plate to M/V.

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 28, 2011

4:17 a.m. 93 Perkins St. Female caller states one gun shot. She thinks her friend may have been shot. He is outside.

4:18 a.m. Man with a gun. 63 Perkins St. Caller states someone pulled a gun at him. Caller states he is hiding in bushes. Caller was uncooperative giving information and hung up. On call back went to voice mail. ETD called back and spoke to the caller who told them there was a blue and red car outside 63 Perkins St. He states there was 3 or 4 males and one of them pulled a 9mm at him and told him to freeze. Gun holder then started beating him with the gun and the gun went off. The bullet missed him, the suspect jumped into the car, and the vehicle fled the scene. Unknown which way they headed. Caller states the above address is his girlfriend’s residence. Stated he didn’t know who they were and has talked to an officer.

9:36 a.m. Larceny investigation. FedEx, 985 Belmont St. 50 cell phones taken. Believe employee who allegedly took phones is still in the building. Curtis Bess, 22, of 45 Mechanic St., Foxboro was charged with larceny over $250.

10:12 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. 157 Brookside Ave. Party’s car was broken into. The truck was ransacked and a wedding band was taken. Caller states he has the suspect on camera.

3:33 p.m. A&B in progress. Stop & Shop, 701 Belmont St. Bakery employee is fighting with someone. Caller states four black females just entered the store and allegedly jumped one of the employees. 6:37 p.m. Domestic violence call. 356 Hovendon Ave. Ex-boyfriend is outside allegedly threatening to burn down her house. Clarence Randolph, 46, of Brockton was charged with 2 counts of threat to commit crime.

7:20 p.m. M/V stop. 119 Prospect St. & 35 Cherry St. Officer Eric Smith infjured shoulder while assisting and other officer with a combative suspect. Dislocated shoulder and pushed back in himself. Jason Viera, 32, of 124 Hemlock St., Apt. 2, New Bedford was arrested and charged with 2 counts of A&B on a police officer, resisting arrest, 3 foreign warrants and one default warrant.

8:15 p.m. Disturbance by a family. 329 Forest Ave. Caller states 23-year-old daughter allegedly threatened to punch her mother in the mouth. No physical assault, but caller asked her to leave and she made the threat. Talia Lopes, 23, of 329 Forest Ave., Brockton was charged with threat to commit crime.

8:46 p.m. Suspicious activity. Calvary Cemetery, 232 Elliot St. Nathan Yassen, 19, of 29 Cherry St., Brockton was arrested and charged with possession to distribute a Class D drug.

Welfare check. 179 Battles Farm Dr. Caller states she was talking to her friend and during the conversation her friend’s girlfriend showed up and started yelling. Caller alleges there was a physical altercation and would like an officer to check on her. Tieka Westley, 25, of 9 Brunswick St., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with A&B.

2:37 a.m. Domestic violence call. 58 Kathleen Road. Caller reports son just allegedly beat him up. Akinsay Akinbulumo, 26, of 58 Kathleen Road, Brockton was charged with A&B on a person 60 over over/disabled.

5:18 a.m. B&E investigate. Arias Jewelers, 200 Westgate Dr. Caller states he is mall security and that Aria Jewelers was robbed. Caller reports suspects broke the front entrance window to get into the mall and then broke into the jewelry store.

9:53 a.m. Recovered stolen M/V. 125 French Ave. Caller states he found his Honda Civic at above location. He had it towed back to his address. Car was stripped.

11:20 a.m. Domestic violence call. Brett St. Caller states her son allegedly beat up her boyfriend. Juvenile arrest of 16-year-old was arrested and charged with A&B and vandalize property.

12:22 p.m. Rape. Liberty Street. Caller states she is not at home, but wants to talk to police because she took in a male friend who is homeless and let him live in the basement. Caller reports her 15-year-old daughter called her at work and stated the male touched her inappropriately. The male has left the house and caller does not know where he went.

5:18 p.m. Alarm telephone. North Jr. High School, 108 Oak St. Cafeteria, front lobby, front office motion. Second call front door and second floor hall motion. Three juvenile arrests made of two 14-year-olds and a 15-year-old. Each charged with felony B&E a building in the nighttime, malicious destruction of property over $250 and larceny over $250. One 14-year-old was also charged with resisting arrest.

5:22 p.m. Disturbance by a family. Caller states his mother is allegedly drunk and being very physical toward everyone around her. Caller states mother hit his girlfriend and threw a brick at his car. Cynthia Thompson, 57, of 12 Carleton Ave., Brockton was charged with A&B and malicious destruction of property under $250.

5:56 p.m. Robbery. Casimir Market, 57 Legion Parkway, Apt. 2. Caller reports a black male came into the store and took $200. He is walking toward Warren Avenue. Suspect is about 20-years-old about 5-feet tall and wearing all black.

8:03 p.m. Domestic violence call. Faxon St. A 16-year-old male called to report his mother and sister are allegedly assaulting him and won’t leave him alone. Caller states he has scratches from sister and there is yelling in the background from mother. Juvenile arrest of 16-year-old for A&B.
