3:54 a.m. B&E investigate. 33 Falmouth Ave., Apt. 1. TV and safe from bedroom missing. Unknown entry. Advised to check local pawn shops.

8:24 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. 576 Chatham West Dr. Rear and passenger window smashed.

9:54 a.m. Alarm telephone. Brockton School Department, 43 Crescent St. Lobby front entrance alarm going off. Front door was unsecured. Police checked the interior and secured the building. School officials notified.

10:01 a.m. Domestic violence investigate. 89 W. Ashland St. Caller states 13-year-old son punched his 9-year-old daughter in the chest. He also made threats and tried to attack his wife. He has since left the house. The alleged punch took place about two hours ago. Thirteen-year-old juvenile was charged with A&B.

10:33 a.m. B&E investigate. 859 Main St. Store broken into.

10:59 a.m. Check motorist—suspicious. 740 N. Main St. & 0 Rutland St. Investigated. Three needles and a water bottle cap with brown liquid suspected to be heroin was located. Destroyed at PD.

11:43 a.m. Larceny investigation. M&M Seafood, 1124 Main St. Parts of a stove out back were stolen. There is video footage of suspect.

1:21 p.m. B&E investigate. 865 Warren Ave., Apt. 2. Ex-boyfriend allegedly made a threat to break-in and steal her TV. He allegedly sent her a picture of the wall where the TV was. Caller is home now and TV is gone. Raul Robles, 22, of 5 Lawndale St., Mansfield was charged with felony B&E a building in the daytime.

2:36 p.m. B&E investigate. 170 Southfield Dr. Vacant home broken into. Copper stolen. Caller has to leave the property. Will call back tomorrow.

2:40 p.m. Party unconscious. 1 N. Montello St. & 99 Court St. Party laid out on the corner. Transported to hospital.

2:44 p.m. Suspicious M/V. 1 View Road & 86 N. Leyden St. Police report 2 parties with needles and spoons waiting for a drug dealer to drop off heroin. They were allegedly going to meet at Perkins Market to buy the drugs. Owner of the vehicle is from Vermont and also lives down the Cape. Passenger is also from the Cape. Both parties with narcotics history. Both parties have suspended or expired driver’s licenses. Vehicle towed.

3:18 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. Tedeschi Food Shop, 563 Centre St. Former worker refusing to leave the store. Matter settled.

3:21 p.m. Larceny investigation. Quality Inn, 1005 Belmont St., Apt. 204. Caller had his son’s IPod stolen. The suspect is home and witness is available.

3:42 p.m. Code enforcement. Former Bay State Auto, 787 Main St. Officer reports he is watching the operator of the former car dealership bring in bundles of what appears to be stuff from Shaw’s. Officer reports he believes the man is living in the old dealership and is getting electricity from the building next door by running an extension cord. Fire Department has a court order against the man for living in the building. The building is zoned for commercial use not residence, officer states. Officer reports he confiscated one set of vehicle registration plates for revoked insurance. Plates will be turned into Registry of Motor Vehicles. Officer reports he asked the man if he was living there and the man responded, “to mind my business.” 72-hour courtesy tag placed on the car in the lot. Officer states he told him he would be back in 72 hours to tow the car.

4:25 p.m. Narcotics investigation. Dunkin’ Donuts, 321 Crescent St. Two Brockton men were arrested: Jesus Rosado, 39, of 65 Glenwood St., Apt. 2, Brockton was charged with distribution of a Class B drug, drug violation near a school or park, and conspiracy to violate drug law. Luis Laboy, 44, of 263 Grove St., Brockton was charged with trafficking in cocaine, possession to distribute Class A drug, distribution of Class B drug, conspiracy to violate drug law, and drug violation near school or park.

4:52 p.m. Robbery investigation. Walgreen’s 771 Centre St. Report taken.

6:35 p.m. Larceny investigation. Walmart, 700 Oak St. Caller states she is Walmart security. She tried to apprehend an alleged shoplifter who took off in a silver PT Cruiser with Maine plates. A 14-year-old juvenile was charged with shoplifting over $100 by concealing merchandise.

10:10 p.m. Unwanted guest drunk. 246 Arthur Paquin Way. Caller wants her boyfriend removed from her house. Leopoldo Fontes DePina, 946 Warren Ave., Apt. 2, Brockton was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and threat to commit crime.

10:40 p.m. Prostitution. N. Main St. & Broad St. Cathleen A. Melanson, 28, of 117 Bellevue Ave., Apt. 3, Brockton was charged with sexual conduct for a fee.
