3:49 a.m. A&B in progress. 81 Colonel Bell Dr., Apt. 2. Neighbor states she just came home and saw the female tenant with a bloody face and can hear yelling from the apartment. Tashawn W. Leslie, 22, of 15 Park St., Apt. 3, Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and resisting arrest. Eliane S. Santos, 29, of 81 Colonel Bell Dr., Apt. 2 was charged with disturbing the peace.

3:55 a.m. Domestic violence call. 62 Edson St., Apt. 1. Caller states her husband just allegedly assaulted her and took off. States he also allegedly assaulted their 5-year-old daughter and her finger is broken. Prior to wife’s call husband called 911 stating his wife came home from a party and allegedly assaulted him. He is en route to police station to file a report. Victoria Maria Giesta, 27, of 62 Edson St., Apt. 1 Brockton was charged with A&B.

4:33 a.m. Domestic violence call. 447 Pine Grove Dr. Third party call. Caller states she was at above location and her sister’s boyfriend allegedly was hitting her. States she has left home. Now received call from sister stating she now has cut on her hand. Second call from State Police Middleboro say female from above location states she has herself locked inside with furniture against the door. States male party is outside. Adelino Goncalves, 36, of 130 Bartlett St., Brockton was charged with two counts of A&B.

5:04 a.m. A&B dangerous weapon. Brockton Hospital, 680 Centre St. Patient in hallway allegedly smashed picture and is now throwing glass at staff. He has been medically cleared and want him removed. BCI cuffed patient and he is now on floor. Jose A. Rosario, 33, of 181 Pleasant St., Apt. 2, Brockton was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, indecent exposure, and malicious destruction of property under $250.

5:30 a.m. Robbery investigation. 1380 Main St. Party robbed at gunpoint. Drug deal gone bad. Victim states he was buying marijuana from a known dealer when the dealer told him he had a gun and demanded all his money. Victim never saw the gun. Victim did not want to press charges if he got his money. Dealer and victim worked it all out. No charges. No gun.

6:42 a.m. A&B in progress. 47 Highland St., Apt. 2. Caller states a male just broke into the apartment and is assaulting the female inside. Under investigation.

8:15 a.m. Disturbance. 29 ½ Ames St., Apt. 2A. White male and female banging on neighbor’s door. Police report drug paraphernalia allegedly all over the apartment. Drug scale found on kitchen table with crack pipe. Joseph Miller, 28, of 15 Mount Vernon Ave., N. Attleboro was arrested for default warrant. Ashleigh A. Simpson, 24, homeless, of Brockton was arrested for 3 default warrants. Chavonne Lewis, 30, of 92 Friend St., Apt. C, Gloucester was arrested for disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, and resisting arrest.

11:09 a.m. Unwanted guest drunk. 22 Kingman Ave., Apt. 2. Caller states male friend of niece allegedly broke a mailbox and is banging on a window for someone to let him in. Says he is yelling something about a phone. Luis A. Cortes, 33, of 191 Belmont St., Apt. 2, Brockton was charged with A&B and disturbing the peace.

11:32 a.m. Animal complaint. 77 Turner St. Female states pit bull from 80 Turner St. allegedly tried to bite her and a neighbor’s little girl. States this is an ongoing problem with this dog. Will call animal control.

11:42 a.m. Suicide attempted. Wellington Place. Caller says 17-year-old daughter out of control trying to cut herself. Transported to hospital.

4:21 p.m. Larceny investigation. Walmart, 700 Oak St. Male and female took over $400 worth of items. Has video.

4:38 p.m. B&E attempted. 13 Melrose Ave. Window at back of house—screen is broken.

5:23 p.m. Violation of 209A investigated. 542 Pleasant St. Caller states ex-boyfriend allegedly keeps calling her collect from cell phone at Brockton Police Department. Daniel Swanson, 41, of 73 Hemlock Lane, Halifax was charged with violating an abuse prevention order.

6:53 p.m. Domestic violence call. 16 Marsden St. Caller states her husband allegedly put his hands on her, took her ATM card and money. Husband possibly on drugs. Bruce Mitchell, 50, of 16 Marsden St., Brockton was charged with A&B.

11:50 p.m. B&E investigation. 25 Carroll Ave. Caller reports B&E to home.

11:53 p.m. M/V accident. 130 Belcher Ave. & 489 Belmont St. Car vs. pole. Down wires. Fire sent. Michele Kotsiopoulos, 48, of 55 Belcher Ave., Brockton was charged with OUI liquor, resisting arrest, possession of Class A drug, and leaving the scene of property damage.
