1:34 a.m. Code enforcement. 34 Herrod Ave. Vehicle towed.

3:29 a.m. Disturbance. 224 N. Main St. @27 Falmouth Ave. Caller reports male and female arguing out front. Female caller says there’s a restraining order but does not know her last name. James Green, 44, of 224 N. Main St., Apt. 4, Brockton was charged with A&B.

9:07 a.m. Domestic violence call. 54 Randolph Ave. Caller states her granddaughter and boyfriend allegedly are fighting and threw coffee at each other. Fighting possibly about who is going to take children to school. Janeyana Weiss, 24, of 69 Breer St., Brockton was charged with assault and A&B.

9:58 a.m. Robbery investigation. 25 Belmont St. & 240 Main St. Victim is calling from the YMCA. States he was robbed at the check cashing place at Main and Belmont streets. Assaulted by 4 people. Caller is unable to give a description. EBT card and hat taken.

11:18 a.m. Overdose. McDonald’s, 908 N. Montello St. Friend is in the green Buick not responding. Caller states her friend took some heroin. There is a firefighter on scene.

11:58 a.m. Disturbance. Brockton District Court, 215 Main St. Pickup prisoner in lock-up. Christopher A. Silva, 26, of 100 Green St., Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, A&B on a police officer, intimidating a witness and threat to commit crime.

12:37 p.m. A&B in progress. 59 Foster St. Caller states female allegedly is being assaulted at above and hung up. ETD tried calling. No answer. Deborah Belcher, 46, of 59 Foster St., Apt. 2, Brockton was charged with A&B and A&B to collect loan.

6:10 p.m. Malicious damage M/V. 29 Howard St. Report taken.

7:18 p.m. Robbery. Bud’s Variety, 916 Warren Ave. Black gun. Light-skinned, tall male, approximately 5-foot, 10-inches, jeans wearing a black mask grabbed a customer who was in the store and took money.

7:57 p.m. Domestic violence call. 126 N. Leyden St. Caller states her 22-year-old son allegedly grabbed her by the face and spit in her face. He is now trying to leave the house with his girlfriend in her gold Volvo heading toward Pine Street. Peter Roderick, 22, of 126 N. Leyden St., Brockton was charged with A&B, malicious damage, intimidation, and threat to commit crime.

10:08 p.m. Malicious damage investigation. Comcast, 90 Main St. Guardian Angels report there is a broken window at above location. Front window shattered. Appears no entry was made.

10:10 p.m. Gunshots call. 85 Taber Ave. & 276 Court St. Six shots in are. Search area found nothing.
