3:14 p.m. B & E M/V investigation. 25 Florence St. Caller reports her vehicle was broken into. BCI notified for prints and photo.

4:45 p.m. Larceny/Forgery/Fraud. Court Street Market. 263 Court St. Caller has party coming in passing fake $20's.

  5:14 p.m. Shoplifting in progress. Walmart. 700 Oak St. Caller reports a black female approximately 52-or-53 years old allegedly stole a knife and put it in her right front pocket. Security states she is at the electronics area and they are keeping an eye on her. Annie Ward, 48, of 26 Liberty Place, Randolph was charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise.

6:34 p.m. Fire, other. CMCS. 646 East St. Possible chimney fire. BFD responding. The owner’s daughter stated chimney was just cleaned two weeks ago. Her father lit a fire today because of temperature drop and saw thick black smoke coming from fire place and the rear bedroom walls were hot to the touch. Matter settled.
 
7:02 p.m. B & E investigate. 102 Warren Ave. All doors and windows are locked, but caller states her flat screen TV is missing. Said landlord has the only other key. Matter settled.
 
7:19 p.m. Suspicious M/V. 250 W. Ashland St. Caller reports an Hispanic male in blue Crown Victoria is putting a blue light on his dashboard and allegedly is attempting to pull vehicles over. Caller gave PD license plate #. The vehicle was stoppped by State Police gang unit at 25 West Ashland St. Phillip Brunelle, 32, of 40 Reservoir St., Apt. 210, Brockton was arrested and charged with impersonating a police officer, m/v red light blue light violation, and failure to stop for police.

11:13 p.m. Larceny investigation. Dunkin Donuts, 66 Montello St. About 8 boxes of coffee and cups were stolen.
 
11:15 p.m. Pickup a prisoner on a warrant--Hot Sheet. 162 Newbury St. Apt. 3. Temporary probation warrant faxed for Douglas Joyner, 41, 162 Newbury St. Apt.3. He is a probationer on an electronic monitoring device and allegedly failed to return home for curfew. Police report all doors secured and no access to 3rd floor.

6:49 a.m. M /V accident-pedestrian. 700 Belmont St. Caller reports person hit in front of Brockton High. Additional caller said 2 school bus drivers witnessed the accident. Jose Tacuri, 20, of 140 Walnut St., Apt. 2, Brockton was charged with unlicensed operation of m/v.

8:32 a.m. Alarm. Franklin School. 59 Sawtell Ave. All doors and windows are secure. Many smashed windows and aluminum gutters are missing or on the ground. Area around building needs to be cleaned of debris, broken asphalt being thrown at windows.
 
8:52 a.m. A & B dangerous weapon—knife. 35 Walnut St., Apt. 3. Caller states femalee downstairs is arguing with the caller and allegedly pointed a knife at caller. There was screaming--hard to understand. Ann M. Salerno, 35 Walnut St., Apt. 1, Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B dangerous weapon.

8:57 a.m. Code enforcement. Brockton District Court. 215 Main St. Police officer reports Robert Belcher was sentenced at court today to jail for contempt of court. He has failed to pay a $1700.00 fine on a city ordinance violation and allegedly refused the judge’s orders. He can’t get out until he pays the fine.
 
10:47 a.m. Larceny of a M/V. Hot Sheet. 46 Connell Ave. Caller reports his 2001, white Hyundai Elantra was stolen with in the last hour. Reports the house was broken into on the 25th and the keys were stolen.

10:50 a.m. Overdose. 83 N. Main St., Apt. 4A. Male party took vicodin or heroin. Emergency personnel report heroin OD. Narcan administered. Party transported to Brockton Hospital ER.

  11:32 p.m. Malicious damage M/V. 76 Turner St., Apt. 1. Caller reports someone scratched his entire vehicle. 1:02 p.m. B & E investigate. 131 Nilsson St., Apt. 1. Wii game taken. BCI contacted for prints. No forced entry--unlocked door.
 
1:16 p.m. Man with a gun. Advanced Auto Parts. 995 N. Montello St. Caller reports white male wearing glasses with blonde hair and carrying a red backpack pointed a gun into the brush then put it in his jacket pocket. Gun was black. He is walking north on N. Montello. Police located party and report man had a plastic BB gun. BB gun taken for destruction. Party said he was going to shoot cups and cans with it.
 
1:35 p.m. Larceny investigation. 15 Shepphard St., Apt. 1. Caller reports larceny of a Play Station. Caller reports suspect entered the home while caller was present. She said she did not see or hear anything. BCI contacted.
 
3:19 p.m. Larceny/Forgery/Fraud. 63 Perkins St. Caller stated they took her and her sister’s wallet and passport.

  3:21 p.m. Larceny investigation. Lambert Auto Repair. 530 Centre St. Caller reports a counterfeit $20.
 
3:36 p.m. Domestic violence call. 29 Ames St., Apt. 1. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly assaulted her. Reports she wanted her cell phone before he jumped out the window. Party states he assaulted her with everything and refused medical treatment. She sts she just wanted her phone. En route to Good Samaritan. Dana J. Ravenel, 24, of 251 Park St., Dorchester was arrested and charged with A&B, 4 counts of A&B with a dangerous weapon,, destruction of property +$250, wanton arson of dwelling/ house, attempted kidnapping, larceny over $250, and threat to commit crime.
 
4:10 p.m. Assist Other Agency. Good Samaritan Medical Center. 225 Pearl St. Assist Avon PD—Walmart shooting. Three in custody.
7:09 p.m. Domestic violence call. 7 Golden Circle. State Police state female called stating that her boyfriend allegedly was punching her and that she was hiding in the bathroom and shortly after she hung up. 3rd party caller states she just got a call from her 18-yr-old daughter that she is being beat up by her boyfriend. Mother is en route there and will flag a cruiser down. Latrelle D. Burton, 21, of 7 Golden Circle, Brockton was charged with A&B. 8:12 p.m. Domestic violence investigate. 72 Foster St., Apt. 2. Carlos Monteiro, 55, of 60 Bartlett St, Brockton was charged with A&B.
 
8:18 p.m. Robbery--Hot Sheet. Planet Petroleum. 697 Centre. St. Caller states 2 black males with masks on, came in and robbed him at gun point. Reports one of them had a gun. Party from Crosby states that she saw two males run and get into a white sedan possibly Maxima or Altima. Caller from 707 Centre St. said she has cameras at her business.

  9:42 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. 258 N. Cary St. & 236 E. Ashland St. Mia Lee Moniz, 30, of 925 N. Main St., Apt. 2, Brockton was arrested and charged with sexual conduct for a fee.

9:45 p.m. Gunshots call. 98 Riverside St. & 30 Teele St. State Police received a call from a male party stating someone was shot at the playground. When State Police questioned him more he said no it’s gunshots. Fire en route. One party shot in the chest. Reports of a black Mercedes pulled into the driveway shot and left. Party taken to hospital.

  10:19 p.m. Domestic violence call. 107 Elliot St. Caller reports her son allegedly is fighting with her and pushed her up against the wall. Jason Alves, 20, of 107 Elliot St., Brockton was charged with A&B.
