SUNDAY MARCH 4, 2012

12:37 a.m. Man with a gun. 113 Highland St. Caller reports a light skinned male wearing a hoodie and red shirt is trying to get in. He has a gun. Caller lives on 2nd floor. Second call from a male on the 2nd floor states the male with the gun is a tall black male with a blue hoodie. Mario Brown, 24, of 465 Columbus Ave. Apt.406 Boston was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace.

1:51 a.m. Assault & Battery investigate. 91 Forest Ave., Apt.#1. Caller states his friend was beat up by a male with a knife. ETD spoke to 3-4 people & no one could give any good info. Possible stabbing.

4:44 a.m. Assault & Battery investigate. Brockton Hospital. 680 Centre St. Caller states she is in the ER and states her friend’s son allegedly was in a fight tonight. Caller states he said he stabbed someone earlier tonight. Caller is not sure if he is telling the truth, but thinks he should talk to an officer. Caller states he does not know she is calling. Party may have been involved with the stabbing that happened at 91 Forest Ave. Under investigation.

6:54 a.m. B & E M/V investigation. 102 Pine Grove Dr. Someone broke into her 1997 Toyota Corolla and stole the radio, busted window and dashboard.

9:46 a.m. A & B dangerous weapon investigation. Brockton Hospital. 680 Centre St. Stabbing victim just came into the ER. He states it happened last night on Court St. Karl Juste was stabbed three times at approximately 4 a.m. this morning after a friend's party on Taber Ave. Suspects are unknown at this time. Police report two of the wounds were superficial and one was deep enough to require a CAT Scan. Spoke with attending nurse who stated the CAT Scan came back negative for internal injuries. Juste was treated and sent home. BCI did respond for photos of the wounds. Resident of the party, Marquis Alicea, was also interviewed, however reports he was asleep when the incident took place.
10:16 a.m. B & E M/V investigation. 16 Second St., Apt.#1. Diamond wedding ring, GPS, VS sprays and lotion taken.

1:12 p.m. Malicious damage motor vehicle. 75 Myrtle St. Apt.1. Damage to m/v.

1:28 p.m. B & E motor vehicle. 63 Perkins St., Apt.2. Something going on--one guy possibly holding another up. Juvenile Arrest of 16-year-old, charged with felony b&e vehicle/boat in the daytime.

2:05 p.m. Disturbance. 2 Raintree Lane, Apt.#E. Caller states 3 black males youths about 13 years old  are in the playground to the rear of above shooting a BB gun. Police officer spoke to the caller who said she yelled at the kids and told them they should not be shooting the BB gun in the playground area. The kids listened and took their activity into the woods.

2:27 p.m. Assault & Battery investigate. Ashfield School. 225 Coe Road. Caller is at her house on Norwich Road. She states her son and his friend were jumped at the tennis court at the Ashfield School. She has names of the youths.

2:55 p.m. Domestic violence call. Davis Commons. 165 Carl Ave Apt.#117D. Caller states her son allegedly assaulted her. He is still in the apartment. She is going to wait outside. Julian Ortiz, 19, of 165 Carl Ave Apt.D117, Brockton was charged with A&B, witness intimidation and larceny over $250.

2:46 p.m. Assault & Battery in progress. 32 Cushing Road. Female to Brockton Hospital ER via ambulance for arm injury. Diana Ralleo, 52, of 326 W Elm St., Apt.6 Brockton was charged with two counts of A&B.

3:24 p.m. Motor vehicle stop. 537 Forest Ave. @ 21 Cobb Ave. Joshua A. Cabral, 21, of 266 Market St. Brockton was arrested and charged with subsq.off operating m/v with license suspended, seat belt, and fail wear seat belt.

4:25 p.m. Malicious damage in progress. Brockton Mobil Mart. 1012 Belmont St. Black male jumping on top of a gray Toyota and banging on windows. Someone is in m/v. Matter settled.

5:52 Disturbance. Brockton Hospital. 680 Centre St. Caller states an 18-year-old patient is threatening her and the rest of the staff. She reports she needs help restraining him because he is very big and they don't have enough staff to restrain him so he can be mentally evaluated. Male party was placed into restraints at hospital.

6:28 p.m. Larceny investigation. Apollo House. 99 Warren Ave., Apt. 24. Caller reports a Spanish female wearing blue jeans, dark jacket and brown boots took his pants, a wallet containing $2,000 and his social security card. Happened a couple of minutes ago.

6:31 p.m. Larceny investigation. Champion Fuel. 633 Warren Ave. Caller states a black truck spent $300 worth of gas and took off without paying for it. Caller reports he has footage of incident.

7:10 p.m. Unwanted guest drunk. Country Inn. 50 Christy's Dr. Easton PD dropped of a drunk male at above location. The male party has no picture ID or credit card to rent a room. Hotel people want him removed. They called Easton and they refused to come and get him. Male party transported to Good Samaritan.

7:21 p.m. Robbery. 449 N. Main St. Caller states a black male pulled a knife on him and robbed him. The suspect took his wallet and bag he was carrying. Caller reports he recognizes the man and he lives at the above location where his friend lives.
10:07 p.m. Domestic violence call. 22 Ridgeway Court, Apt.1F. State Police believes it's some kind of domestic going on. ETD call back went to voicemail. Moises Goncalves, 26, of 22 Ridgeway Court, Apt.1F, Brockton was arrested and charged with a&b.
