1:28 a.m. Domestic violence call. 924 Warren Ave., Apt. B. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly came home drunk, hit her in the face, told her he was going to kill her, and tried to take their 1-year-old baby.  She reports he broke her phone and she took his phone and is using it now. Caller is outside at the corner of the house. Claudino Andrade, 34, of 924 Warren Ave., Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B and threat to commit crime.

4:41 a.m. Fire, vehicle. 57 Keene St. & 879 Pleasant St. Caller states vehicle just blew up on corner. Vehicle is a gray Audi. Fire department responding. Highway department en route to place sand on the area.

8:25 a.m. Malicious damage M/V. 31 Bunker Ave., Apt. 3. Windshield, rear window and side windows all smashed. Also, some dents and scratches. Report taken.

8:31 a.m. Narcotics investigation. 68 Porter St. & 100 Upland Road. Off-duty officer observed a drug deal in a brown/gray Kia. Anthony David Vito, 21, of 724 Buckley Road, Stoughton was arrested and charged with possession of Class A drug and subsequent offense operating M/V with license suspended.

9:04 a.m. B&E investigate. 228 Spring St. B&E to above. Radiators, boilers and copper pipes stolen.

9:09 a.m. Domestic violence call. 59 Temi Road. Caller states her husband is allegedly paranoid delusional and he told her he had thoughts of killing her last night. She states today he attacked her. He is outside in the backyard. State Police canine on scene. Phone pinged to rear of 246 Bates Road. Hajzer Zejnullahu, 67, of 59 Temi Road, Brockton was charged with A&B.
9:15 a.m. B&E investigate. 74 Huntington St. Kicked in basement window. All the copper and piping in the basement stolen.
10:20 a.m. B&E in progress. 4 Fairmount Ave. Caller reports the house on the corner of Fairmount and Division was broken into. A male and female were seen carrying 2 gray bags. They were heading south on Wayland St. House is vacant. Vacant home searched. No parties on scene and were not located by State Police K-9. Report taken for code enforcement on vacant home.
10:45 a.m. Domestic violence call. 125 Pleasant St., Apt. 7. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly hit her, took her keys and messed up her apartment. He fled in a black Volkswagen. Luis Daniel Garcia-Rodriguez, 20, of 64 Westland St., Apt. 11, Brockton was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon, A&B, intimidate a witness, and larceny under $250.
11:11 a.m. Disturbance. Al’s Motor Sales. 1126 N. Montello St. Unruly customer who is yelling and screaming and smashed caller’s car. A lot of yelling in the background.  Police respond and matter settled in about 45 minutes.
12:14 p.m. Malicious damage M/V. 78 Colonel Bell Dr. Four tires slashed.
12:44 p.m. B&E attempted. 377 Main St., Apt. 2. Damaged back door, but they could not get in because of the other locks.
1:16 p.m. Alarm telephone. 216 Grafton St. Black male wearing all black broke into the house and when the caller confronted him he pulled out a silver hand gun. The man fled on foot toward Packard Way. Female caller states she was a black male on a black 10-speed bike trying to rob a house. He is wearing a black brim cap with a black fleece jacket and black swishie pants. He is carrying a code for items in the right side pocket of his pants. Caller states he ran through the back yard.

12:43 a.m. A&B in progress. Lithuanian Village Café. 128 Ames St. Five males in parking lot fighting. No known weapons. Police respond and matter settled within 5 minutes.

12:55 a.m. Domestic violence call. 237 Belmont St. Caller reports a possible domestic. BCI responding for photos. Lisa Hashey, 26, of 237 Belmont St., Apt. 3, Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B.

1:40 a.m. A&B in progress. Westgate Lanes. 65 Westgate Lane. Large group fighting. No weapons. Police respond and matter settled within 10 minutes.

1:52 a.m. A&B in progress. Lithuanian Village CafĂ©. 128 Ames St.  Caller reports 5 fights going on inside the Lit. BCI responding to Arthur Street for photos of rocks in the street and to BPD for photos of victim. Three people were arrested:  
Adilson Brandao, 25, of 282 N. Montello St., Apt. 2, Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct, A&B and disturbing the peace.
Lawrence Weaver, 23, of 11 Woodcliff St., Apt. A, Dorchester was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon, threat to commit crime, disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct.
Karina Manuela Baptista-Depina, 25, of 184 Pine Grove Dr., Brockton was charged with interfering with a police officer in performance of duty.

2:50 a.m. A&B in progress. 15 Battles St. Caller reports about 10 kids fighting in front of above location. Second call from a female who states peo0ple are fighting on Battles Street. Numerous cruisers respond. The last cruiser leaves the scene and matter settled within 60 minutes.

10:22 a.m. Malicious damage M/V. 10 Central Square. Caller reports someone smashed her car’s window.

11:22 a.m. Threats see complainant. Good Samaritan Medical Center. 235 N. Pearl St. See security about a party who was discharged and threatened the staff and security. He is now hanging around the 7-11. Party left prior.

11:33 a.m. Welfare check. 12 Newton St. Apt. 1. Caller reports there is a naked female in her 50s is in the backyard. She does not live there. Female party transported to Good Samaritan for evaluation.

1:12 p.m. M/V stop. 35 Hill St. Jonathan Semedo, 17, of 65 Hill St., Brockton was arrested and charged with possession to distribute Class D drug, drug violation near school-park, conspiracy to violate drug law and window obstructed/non-transparent.

1:22 p.m. A&B with dangerous weapon. 109 Green St., Apt. 1. Caller states one of two Hispanic males  is assaulting her husband with a belt.  One of them has a no trespass order against him. Party does not want to press charges on the assault.

3:00 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. Planet Petroleum. 697 Centre St. Caller reports a female is irate, screaming and refusing to pay for gas. Police report female customer asked for $20 of gas and clerk said she asked to fill it. There is $63 in the tank. Customer agreed to come back tomorrow and pay remaining $43.

3:41 p.m. Suicide, attempted. 56 Greenfield St. Caller states boyfriend is taking pills and trying to kill himself. He is on the second floor. Police respond and do not clear the scene for more than an hour. Unknown action.

3:48 p.m. Missing person. 164 Belmont St. They want to report a resident missing from the program. Missing resident is unknown female transported to Good Samaritan from Newton Street earlier in the day.

3:55 p.m. Domestic violence call. 21 Simeon Ave. Caller states she is 5 months pregnant and her husband allegedly pushed her. Police respond and stay nearly 3 hours. Carlos A. Pina, 34, of 21 Simeon Ave., Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B.

5:13 p.m. Rape investigation. 53 Pleasant St. Pick-up a male party on a rape charge for fellow officer. Tyvon Aaron Thompson, 18, of 53 Pleasant St., Apt. 3, Brockton was arrested and charged with rape.

5:29 p.m. Larceny/forgery/fraud. Staples. 599 Belmont St. Caller reports losing credit card at Staples and the card was used in numerous stores in Brockton.

5:39 p.m. Domestic violence call. 370 N. Warren Ave., Apt. 2. Caller states her brother allegedly pointed a BB gun at her and now he is in his bedroom with a baseball bat breaking things. Mom is trying to get the bat away from him. Harry Green, 20, of 370 N. Warren Ave., Apt. 2, Brockton was arrested and charged with two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon and A&B.

7:01 p.m. B&E M/V investigation. 77 Carroll Ave. Car window smashed.

7:15 p.m. B&E investigate. 60 River St. Caller states she received a call earlier in the day from her alarm company warning the alarm was going off. She told the company not to send for police. Just got home and found the house has been broken into.

7:56 p.m. Man with a gun. 265 Market St., Apt. 1. Caller states there was a male party trying to break into someone’s car. She said her husband went out to confront him and the male party said he had a gun. Suspect was wearing a brown jacket with a gray hood.

8:17 p.m. Disturbance by a family. 524 Ash St. Caller states she was arguing with her boyfriend and he turned off the gas in the basement. Police respond and matter settled about 20 minutes later.

9:02 p.m. Assist other agency. Fairgrounds—Belmont Street. Assisting fire and ambulance with medical flight landing at fairgrounds. 11-year-old Breer Circle resident transported to New England Medical Center due to head injury.

9:27 p.m. 911 unknown emergency. 8 Loring St. State Police had a female caller on a cell phone who gave this address and stated she has “an abusive, friggin’ friend.” State Police called her back and the woman said she had a problem but got out and will not say anything else. She just keeps hanging up. Danielle Doe, 21, of 831 Main St., Woburn was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon.

12:06 a.m. A&B in progress. Lithuanian Village Café. 128 Ames St. Male party called asking for a police officer at the Lit. States they have a fight and hung up. Police respond. Matter settled within 10 minutes.

12:30 a.m. A&B in progress.  Vulcan Bar. 705 N. Montello St. Female caller states a male party inside the bar is breaking bottles and is fighting with the owner. Owner states on second call that the male party who was fighting is Hispanic and wearing a black shirt and jeans. He left the bar and is heading south on N. Montello.

2:36 a.m. Disturbance. Shaw’s Supermarket. 641 Belmont St. Male party in need of assistance. Man transported to hospital for psychiatric evaluation.

8:13 a.m. Malicious damage investigation. 36 Ames Road. Caller reports house was hit by paint balls last night.

10:45 a.m. Domestic violence call. 167 Newbury St., Apt. 203. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly threw a cup at her, she has a head injury and is bleeding. Renel Saint Louis, 34, of 167 Newbury St., Apt. 203, Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B with dangerous weapon.

11:27 a.m. Larceny of M/V. 59 Perry Ave. Caller states her son who allegedly uses drugs just stole her mother’s car and maybe trying to sell her laptop. Keith R. Sproul, 21, of 59 Perry Ave., Brockton was charged with using a M/V without authority and larceny over $250.

11:43 a.m. Domestic violence investigate. 40 Ford St., Apt. 3. Caller states male allegedly punched her two times. Anthony Pledger, 24, of 434 Washington St., Boston was charged with A&B, assault, and witness intimidation.

11:46 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. 116 Myrtle St., Apt. 3. B&E to M/V.                             

12:41 p.m. Domestic violence investigate. French Ave. Caller states he allegedly was assaulted by his girlfriend while driving in a car. He is now walking home to his house. He doesn’t know where she went. Alisha Danielle Spinkston, 23, of 26 Columbia Road, Apt. 1, Boston was charged with A&B.

12:51 p.m. Malicious damage M/V. Super 8. 385 Westgate Dr. Caller is in the lobby of the hotel and wants to report his car was broken into.

2:03 p.m. M/V accident w/injuries. 50 Dover St. & 540 Warren Ave. Car vs. car. One of the cars slammed against a pole. The party is trapped in the car.

2:38 p.m. Disturbance by a family. 88 N. Main St. Caller reports he was arguing with his baby’s mother and she allegedly damaged his car with a hammer. Cristina D. Ribeiro-Morales, 33, of 88 N. Main St., Apt. 3/3, Brockton was charged with malicious damage to M/V.

2:39 p.m. Larceny in progress. Cumberland Farms. 660 Pleasant St. Caller reports a white male in his late 40s took $60 in cigarettes. He is heading down West Street. John A. Knapp, 43, of 65 Grant Ave., Brockton was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and larceny under $250.

3:14 p.m. Suicide, attempted. Stillman Ave. Caller states 16-year-old son tried to hang himself with a belt. He then fled the house. Male party was taken to Brockton Hospital ER.

6:01 p.m. A&B with dangerous weapon. 182 Green St., Apt. 2. Caller states there is a lot of yelling and screaming in the apartment. Unknown what is going on. Maurice A. Sol, 21, of 83 Newbury St., Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon, A&B, and malicious destruction of property under $250.

6:19 p.m. Kidnapping. 16 Otis St. Caller reports two females, 13 and 15, were on their way home from the store when an older black male in a 4-door black motor vehicle tried to get them in the M/V with donuts. They ran home and called police. This took place about 5 minutes ago.

6:41 p.m. Domestic violence call. 10 Hancock St., Apt. 3. Caller states her husband is allegedly drunk and pushed her. Alexandre J. Fernandes, 33, of 10 Hancock St., Apt. 3 was arrested and charged with A&B.

7:48 p.m. Welfare check. 54 Cherry St. Plymouth Police called and stated a Nathan called their department and stated he just shot his parents and he is going to kill himself. Plymouth PD checked 54 Cherry St. in Plymouth but nothing there. They are checking all towns with this address.  Brockton sent 4 cruisers to Cherry Street in city and could not locate #54. Checking possible 154. Unfounded.

8:58 p.m. Domestic violence call. Brockton Hospital, 680 Centre St. Caller states his girlfriend allegedly is chasing him and hitting him. They are in front of the hospital. Krystal Lee Rizzo, 30, of 107 Ames St., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with A&B.

9:44 p.m. Domestic violence call. 3 Tilton St., Apt. 2. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly pushed her against the door and she has a bruise on her shoulder. She also reports he cut the wires on the telephone and TV. He is upstairs and she is on the first floor with the neighbors. Kenneth Thompson, 51, of 3 Tilton Ave., Apt. 2W, Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B and witness intimidation.

10:05 p.m. Overdose. 414 Centre St. Caller states cousin overdosed on heroin. Ambulance sent.

10:17 p.m. Fire, structure. 105 Belair St., Apt. 618. Bedroom on fire. FD en route.

10:57 p.m. Domestic violence call. 237 Belmont St., Apt. 2. Caller states her ex-boyfriend allegedly grabbed her by the neck and hit her. He has left the apartment. Reginald Duplessy, 20, of 5 Dunbar St., Brockton was charged with A&B.

11:00 p.m. Disturbance by a family. Dorn Davies Senior Center. 1380 Main St., Apt. 1009A. Caller states the tenant’s son is up there yelling and screaming at his mother. John J. Miller, 30, of 1380 Main St., Apt. 1008, Brockton was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon on a person 60 or over.

9:45 a.m. A&B investigate. Brockton Neighborhood Health Center. 63 Main St., Apt. M. Female party reports she was assaulted at the bus stop. 12:38 p.m. B&E in progress. 529 Pine Grove Dr. Party called the office and stated someone allegedly is breaking into apartment 529 Pine Grove Dr. Suspect may have went in through air conditioning unit. Caller reports the suspect is in the courtyard arguing with residents. He has light skin, with a pony tail cast on his arm and a black and white jacket. There are bodily fluids and mucus on jacket. Gerard Moore-Khan, 23, of 54 N. Main St., Brockton was arrested and charged with felony B&E a building in the daytime and resisting arrest. 5:28 p.m. Fire, structure. 126 Provost St. House on fire. 5:38 p.m. Larceny/forgery/fraud. 75 Melrose Ave., Apt. 1. Wilson Manuel Jamssens, 25, of 75 Melrose Ave., Apt. 230, Brockton was charged with two counts each of larceny by check under $250, forgery of check, utter falsely endorsed promissory note, and forgery of check. 7:13 p.m. B&E investigate. 70 Laureston St., Apt. 2. Unknown party broke into apartment. 7:40 p.m. B&E M/V investigate. 84 Forest Ave. Caller went into the house to pickup her child when she came out someone broke into her car and stole her property. 8:01 p.m. Larceny M/V plate. 25 Camden Ave. Caller states his brother allegedly took his license plate off his car. Keith R. Acciavatti, 40, of 116 Dartmouth St., Brockton was charged with larceny under $250. 8:33 p.m. Fire, structure. 15 Fern Ave. Kitchen fire. FD en route. 8:36 p.m. Malicious damage investigation. 870 N. Montello St. Apt. 2N. Caller reports ex-girlfriend came to apartment and broke his TV. She has left and caller declined to pursue the matter. 9:55 p.m. Disturbance. 293 Cambo St. Caller reports about 15 kids ready to fight. Unknown weapons. Police respond. Matter settled within 10 minutes. 11:40 p.m. Disturbance. Progressions Lounge. 23 Montello St. Caller reports people may be arguing there. Police report party was sent on his way with no incident.

12:13 a.m. Domestic violence call. 29 Ames St., Apt. 3. Caller states male party allegedly beat up his wife’s sister. She is bleeding and he is still there. Nathaniel Moore, 37, of 29 Ames St., Apt. 4, Brockton was arrested and charged with 2 counts of A&B.

9:07 a.m. A&B investigate. Mary Baker School. 45 Quincy St. Caller reports a 9-year-old allegedly pushed or assaulted a bus driver and three other students.  Mom of 9-year-old was contacted and she picked him up. The school called the other parents to inform them about the incident and if they wanted to press charges, but there was no answer. Messages were left on voice mail. Officer will take an incident report for now.

9:41 a.m. Disturbance by a drunk. Super Wash. 742 Crescent St. Male party inside causing a disturbance. 48-year-old man trespassed from area to include all surrounding stores.

10:37 a.m. Serve warrant. 47 Wheeler Ave. Assisting Marshfield P.D with search warrant. BCI notified. Three arrested on drug charges.
Steven V. Andrade, 22, of 47 Wheeler Ave., Brockton was charged with trafficking in heroin/morphine/opium, unlawful possession or transfer of a rifle or shotgun, unlawful possession of ammunition, unlawful possession of a large capacity feeding device, and conspiracy to violate drug law.
Matthew Mikenas, 26, of 211 Jefferson St., Braintree was charged with possession of Class A drug and conspiracy to violate drug law.
Matthew Taylor, 25, of 51 Pearl St., Apt. 1, Braintree was charged with possession of Class A drug, conspiracy to violate drug law, and operating a M/V with license revoked.

10:57 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. 42 Stebbins Ave. Caller reports his car was ransacked and the top console was torn out of the car. Reports torn console was found on the street.

12:40 p.m. A&B in progress. The Keith Center. 175 Warren Ave. Two students fighting inside the school.

TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 7, 2012


2:23 a.m. Gunshots Call. 9 Rutland St., Apt. 2. Caller states he heard a couple of gunshots in the area of above. Male party—Bernadino Cardoso—shot in the neck. Ambulance sent. Cardoso told police 2 black males were walking near him and then shot him. He said they were wearing all black clothing and got into a silver Dodge Charger. Unknown license plate #.

3:36 a.m. Malicious damage M/V. 4 Central Square. M/V window broken.

8:26 a.m. B&E M/V investigate. 42 Hervey St., Apt. SF. Rear passenger window smashed. Stereo and other items stolen.

8:38 a.m. M/V accident with injuries. 400 Main St. Car vs. wheelchair. Ambulance sent. Mouhamadou Mansour-Goudiaby, 45, of 14 Cullen Dr., Randolph was charged with unlicensed operation of M/V and crosswalk violation.

10:18 a.m. Unknown emergency. 105 Oak Lane, Apt. 9. Caller states a female is crying and screaming in the apartment above her. Scott Alan Santillo, 42, of 105 Oak Lane, Apt. 9, Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B.

10:28 a.m. Disturbance. Brockton District Court. 215 Main St. Officer called into station for a transport at district court. Seemed like a female yelling in the background. Shakirah Huggins, 21, of 407 Shawmut Ave., Boston was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, A&B on public employee, A&B on police officer, resisting arrest, and trespass on state/county property.

1:59 p.m. Fire, structure. 482 Montello St. & 44 Exchange St. Fire at the old highway barn.

2:44 p.m. A&B in progress. 60 Reservoir St., Apt. 306. Caller reports a female ran out of apartment yelling to call 911. Black male with sports coat on and white shirt allegedly assaulting her. Marc Francois, 30, of 60 Reservoir St., Apt. 306 Brockton was charged with assault.

3:25 p.m. Larceny In progress. Metro PCS. 376 Centre St. Part trying to activate a stolen phone. Cell phone scam.

3:55 p.m. A&B dangerous weapon—knife. 175 Clinton St. Large group of kids in front of school. One has a knife. A green Honda with 6 males chasing another kid into the woods. Police report out with involved parties at 104 Clinton St. Victim to Brockton Hospital ER. BCI notified. Juvenile arrest, 15-year-old, charged with A&B with dangerous weapon and assault with dangerous weapon.

4:06 p.m. B&E in progress. 68 Hill St. Caller states 3 Hispanic males are allegedly
Taking TVs and expensive items out of above. He is the property manager and states they are not the residents. John Peter Cosme, 34, of 606 N. Cary St., Apt. 2, Brockton was arrested and charged with operating a M/V with revoked license and use of M/V without authority.

4:43 p.m. A&B investigate. 18 Marion St., Apt. 2. Caller wants to report he was allegedly assaulted by his father. John W. Albanese, 45, of 18 Marion St., Apt. 2, Brockton was charged with A&B, A&B with a dangerous weapon, and assault with dangerous weapon.

6:40 p.m. Domestic violence investigate. 39 Thatcher St. Caller states her fiancĂ© allegedly has been drinking whiskey and hit her in the face. He has since left.  Bruce D. Burleson, 41, of 39 Thatcher St., Brockton was charged with A&B.

10:55 p.m. Disturbance. Golden Circle. Caller states there is a VHS van parked in the middle of the parking lot. States the driver keeps honking the horn for over 30 minutes.  33-year-old man transported to Brockton Hospital ER.
